Every time I go to Minnesota I stay there, I really like that hotel, it is very nice although many people say it looks old but inside it is nice and clean and the service is very good, the only thing this time is the sheets on the sofa bed were covered in dirt or something else that I had to shake off because it felt very uncomfortable and it would only be a suggestion to make sure they are clean before the clients enter. but in general everything is fine. Of course I will continue staying at that hotel.

There was only 1 blanket for the fold out couch. Kitchen area, but no utensils. Great breakfast buffet!

Hotels.com charged us twice the value of the room and then didn't communicate the correct information about the room and we had to ask the hotel for what Hotels.com charged us for. Gratefully the hotel was accommodation accommodating. The bathroom in the room actually smelled like sewer...not so great. Breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable. Also like the separate living room area in the room.

An extra $100 fee added at check in. $50 per night for incidentals? Should be refunded if they don't find any incidentals to keep it for. Cockroach in room one, mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room two has wallpaper scotch taped to the wall. No bugs that we saw however in the end more mold was found in the bathroom and sitting area after a check but I was tired and didn't want to fight to move rooms again. Bathroom mirror was swollen and cracked from the amount of condensation it has absorbed. The ottoman in the sitting room had a broken under liner hanging down. The walls were disgusting. The towels all ended up having stains. One bed didn't have a fitted sheet. Breakfast was mid at best. Hotel staff will let anyone through the side doors without any proof they are staying at the hotel. Front desk staff was always curt and just off putting. We stayed, we left. After reading reviews on Google I didn't even ask to speak with management about my issues because they don't issue refunds and management is awful. 0/10 would not stay here again.

Easy check in, great accomodations, good value. The only thing that I would have liked here is a hot tub.

I usually stay at the ES closer to the airport. Choose this was closer to business needs and was told over the phone they DID have airport shuttle (but they do NOT). That cost me five taxi trips. Asked for a couple new bulbs for room as they were burnt out, was asked if I knew how to use a light switch (prick). Housekeeping replaced them on second request. Same prick denied giving my wife a room key. I needed to reach out to manager, and she got in. The room is rundown and dirty, nail clippings and dirt on floor, filthy bathroom as well. Would never stat here again.

Was a lively property. Friendly staff and clean suite.

The stay was amazing, the the breakfast was great housekeeping was extremely nice, had a couple conversations with them. But the front desk service was terrible, very rude, and impolite didn’t let me ask what I needed and were very rushed. They had aditude and were disrespectful that is not the type of service you should be greeted with.

Staff were exceptional and gave me all the information I needed. Wonderful made to order breakfast and reception the night before. Comfortable beds and close to everything I needed.

All Ice machines not working. I reported to front desk and nothing was done about the issue. I had to go to the bar to get Ice.

Clean rooms and hotel! Great hotel

We checked late and I had 3 teenage boys with me, I think the night audit was trying to “joke” around with the boys but it just came off as really rude. Because we got in late we wanted to sleep in a little but I was woken up early by housekeeping try to get into the room, like 7:30 AM. As we were leaving I noticed trash all over the parking lot, at least a couple trash bags worth. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great. I spoke with someone who stays at this hotel regularly and they informed me that the issues I had aren’t common, I will be giving the hotel another chance.

Overall good stay. Very clean. Bed was just average.

Housekeeping stole my son's shoes and manager did nothing to help find them take care of the situation he kept saying my son misplaced them and did both to fix the problem

Close to shopping and restaurants. It is showing age, but nice enough. The breakfast was good.
