Had an excellent stay. Good location with convenient access and good quality of rooms.

Rooms are ok, a bit old but manageable.

Not worth the price. Not very easy to get a cab quickly. Rooms are very tired and Club room food and wine selection is not very good.

Only disappointing issue was breakfast on last day of our stay 7th June (around 0900hrs) a number of choices of food and drink were unavailable, eg blueberry yogurts, bircher muesli and mango chia pudding. When staff were asked said none were available. Waited 10 minutes for ordered flat white coffee before giving up waiting.

Well located to Bugis Junction for MRT and shopping. Hotel was pleasant but not outstanding. Foyer is small, some service doorways showing damage, breakfast ok but crowded. Eat early as some food tended to run out later in the service. Two cappuccinos S$34 in the lounge on ground floor is too high given competition nearby. Pool area is adequate but small with limited sun lounges.
Our room required access through several doors and had a number of steps - always a challenge with luggage.
Staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful.
So overall, not the best Intercontinental but ok.

The staff was able to get us into our room way before our check in time. We flew 16 hrs and were very gratful

We always like Intercontinental. However, this time, we encountered a very toxic chemical smelt in the morning before the check-out. It's like the whole room is soaked in the super glue or even worse. I pointed this out at the counter, and they apologized and explained that there might be some maintenance or construction. I would have expected some more professional response--at least, an official explanation for what my family had taken in the morning.
Besides this, the facility and the restaurant are of a regular quality level.

A bit old but clean room. No pests. Good bed. Rather pricey but worth it. Pleasant stay overall.

It's really in the middle of a major shopping and restaurant district. If you like eating and shopping look no further.
As for Sightseeing, Singapore is small enough and easy enough to get around. The Intercontinental isn't too far from any interesting points of interest.

I recommend to book executive rroom which you can use lounge where you can enjoy all Ala Carte food at breakfast. Normal restaurant at 1st floor is too crowded. Simple but good swimming pool is excellent

Great central location. Very good service. Room was comfortable except for inability to change the temperature setting. Maintenance person did not understand my problem: I set temperature to 24 but it never went above 21. He told me to turn down my fan and left.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel was beautiful and so well appointed and clean. We really enjoyed the pool which was nice and quiet in the morning. Also enjoyed the cocktails in the lobby lounge. Staff were very friendly and we will definitely stay here again.

Public hallways kind of tired. They deactivated card key before i checked out despite prior ok for late checkout

Was a good experience overall.
Just one thing to comment. I was with 2 kids and I mentioned that a total of 3 pax in a classic King room and I will need amenities for 3. I was assured this will be sufficient. When I went up the room, there was only 2 pairs of slippers and I had to hunt for house keeper to ask for another. Before we prepare for bed, found there was only 2 toothbrushes so the 2 kids had to share a toothbrush as it was late to ask for 1 more.
Some detail, but was missed out entirely.

I had a room in heritage wing, long walk through many doors. Second floor quite pathetic. Room is very simple and a bit tired for such a high price. Some stains not cleaned very well in the bathroom. Breakfast okay, had to wait for the coffee quite long on the first morning. I would probably look for other options next time.

Almost perfect. Sparkling clean. Very comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Check in excellent but check out a bit slow. Hair dryer was temperamental.

We arrived very early after a long haul flight and sadly our luggage did not arrive with us. The reception staff were very helpful and thoughtful but in particular we would like to thank the Concierge, Lynn Razak. She ensured that we could enjoy breakfast and freshen up. Lynn managed to find a room early for us and gave great advice in where to go to find some basic necessities until our luggage arrived. We would also like to mention how friendly and lovely Jenny Mah in the restaurant was.

Perfect hotel at a great area.Minute walk to Metro.Breakfast could be more Western Style.To much plastic like shower gel.Staff perfect and always helpful.Would choose this hotel again without booking breakfast.

Property is excellent, and great location to explore from. Only got a turn down service on one night and when in bar area, never got served in 2 hours after waiting for a table. However, note this was during their busiest week of the year.

Fantastic stay, fantastic location, great service - nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was perfect for a week stay - enough room to spread out and relax in between forays out into the heat. The pool is good, breakfasts really lovely, and the whisky bar - which we found on our last night - amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.
