It was super noisy in our room from construction noise. We didn’t run the AC so we had to open the window. I know this won’t last forever, but it was really noisy all night long!

Loved how close to the train station this hotel is, as well as lots of shopping and dining options right around. The breakfast buffet was very nice.
I was allowed to check in earlier than typical check-in which was super helpful after travel from the U.S.

Outstanding stay, great location in Old Town near the train station. Clean, comfortable, air conditioning, laundry same day. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent location, 7-8 mins to the train station and right on the main shopping streets. Close to restaurants and cafes. Easy checkin, very kind staff. Modern room that is very clean. Great stay overall.

So convenient for the rail station but also quiet and a very nice room. The staff were lovely.
Area around the hotel was pretty, walking away from the station. We walked for 15-20 minutes and found the most beautiful restaurant by the water. Fabulous!

Christine at the check in desk was super friendly and efficient, also gave us good advice on parking. All the staffs we came across with are very friendly and the hotel location is excellent. Only a 7 mins walk to old town and 6/7 mons walk to the main train station! Highly reccomend for an easy stay

This is a good basic no frills hotel. The bed was very hard so it wasn’t good for me. The bathroom is small with the tiniest sink - which was awkward. The towels were nice but the linens and pillows thin and worn. The staff was wonderful, friendly and informative. The location perfect.

I arrived after midnight but it wasnt a problem as the hotel receptionist was very helpful and friendly which is important after a long day travelling.

The hotel is very nice but very small. When large groups are staying the common areas tend to be very crowded. Especially in the morning during breakfast and evenings. When it wasn’t crowded it was lovely though and location to transportation is great.

We like this hotel clean and very accessible to train station and stores. Breakfast are good lots of options and the staff are very nice.

I liked our stay, it was nice and comfortable. the rooms seem a little bit dated, and the yellow bulb lighting didn't do much to make the room more inviting. that's all. staff were all friendly and helpful.

We really liked the staff and the amenities. The only reason I would dock one star is for the length of time between requests made and service workers completing them. For example, it was difficult to request more towels or toilet paper without waiting a few hours at a time. This could have been a cultural difference from how things are done in the states, but everyone was very friendly and hospitable otherwise.

Stayed three nights. Close to train station. Luke warm water in shower and only given one glass when two people in room. But responsive staff did bring extra glasses quickly.

Nice hotel in a great location. Room itself was a little on the small side for the price paid. Room was available early which was a bonus and they stored our luggage for us after check out while we continued to explore the city.

Nice hotel, staff were extremely friendly, great location, very close to the station and the old town, breakfast was nice. Room was basic but had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again

The hotel was comfortable we had an issue with the tv in our room a d got upgraded to a larger room. However we did have to deal with noisy neighbours and loud music at 3am one of the nights. Not the hotels fault and reception were quick to shut it down.
