Such a beautiful experience. We were very impressed by the property. Room and terrace was perfect and there are options for food at the hotel and around. A short 3 minutes walk to the Arch de Triumph and few more mins to Champs-Élysées shops. Overall - PERFECT experience Thank you!

We’ve been staying at the Napoleon for over 20 years!, allways fantastic!!, much of the staff remains the same!! they always make us feel at home specially my Mum!! Its cousy, elegant and classy. Carlos sentimos no haberte visto!!!

The staff was magnificent and very kind and attentive. I am concerned about the canopy above the bed. While both I and my companion were fighting head colds, it got worse in the room. I wonder if the canopy collect dust or simply our coughing had nothing to do with the room.

First day we checked in we had a problem with the shower and couldn’t take a shower so they told us they will fix it next day morning and informed us that it has been fixed ; however , the problem remained and they couldn’t move us to another room but just shower in another room , very weird !! And then again the problem wasn’t solved so finally they moved us . And above all that we didn’t receive any discount or room upgrade

I think it was our 9th or10th stay in hotel Napoleon and this time it was the same quality and kindness as in the times before! I recommend this hotel to everyone!! Just a few footsteps away from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elyseés.

The property was very convenient, especially if you plan on using the Metro. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and quiet.

We stayed in June 2023 for four days. We did not have air conditioning for the first two days and to think we paid such a high price at a 5 star hotel. They got us a fan to compensate. Also everything in hotel closes at 10pm.

Hotel Napoleon is the perfect place to stay for exploring Paris. Convenient to the Metro, we easily made our way to the major sites we wanted to visit. Dining options are plentiful in the area as well as lots of great places to shop. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. This hotel is outstanding!

This was our second time at the Hotel Napoleon, with our last visit in 2009. Once again, our stay was excellent. There's a lot to like about this property. The location is fantastic, with lots within walking distance and a Metro / RER station literally out the front door. The rooms themselves are spacious and well-appointed. Our room had a pull-out couch for our daughter to sleep and it was large enough where we felt like we had plenty of room at all times. The staff were very friendly and extra accommodating. We worked through them to arrange rides from the airport at the beginning of our trip and to the rail station at the end of our trip. The only area that we found lacking was the fact that the restaurant didn't offer a full dinner service (snacks were available through the bar). However, there are a number of great restaurants within walking distance. We'll definitely stay here again.

Well located across from Arc de Triomphe and very close to Champs Elysee. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was amazing. From housekeeping all the way to the concierge staff. Special mention of Carlos, Fabian and Gerard which worked the front desk as concierges. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The hotel is so beautiful and the location is perfect. Has a very historic feel and decorated with immense taste. The upgraded room and view was amazing.

Staff went the extra mile. Drinks were great at the bar and excellent location. Highly recommend. 10/10

This was our second time visiting Paris and our second time staying at the Napoleon. Great location, metro and Arc on the corner, Champs on the next block. The hotel is small but elegant and warm. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with Parisian charm. Most of all, the staff, from the desk to the servers, were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating and everything else you'd hope for while on vacation in a foreign county. We will definitely be back!!

We loved the hotel! The staff was great, especially the concierge Gerard. He was so helpful with recommendations and getting us reservations at great restaurants. We stayed in the one of the Eiffel Tower Suites which had a perfect view of the sparkling tower. The room was quiet with a very comfortable bed. Great location!
