The guest services employee who checked us in was kind enough to put us near a grassy area for the dog, but still close enough for us to go in the pool. The room was renovated and super spacious, we felt right at home.

Completely refurbished suites, all-new amenities, very quiet and comfortable. Super clean and modern. Full kitchen. Excellent breakfast included in the price. Great location, too. We loved our weekend there. Would definitely go again!

We have stayed here several past times before with no issue but for this mother's day I couldn't believe the poor condition around and our own room. When we were walking around our room outside we smelled gas. I tried to call front desk but the phone in the room doesn't work. I let the front desk know later and said they would get someone right away to look into that.
Nothing was done and i kept telling the front desk several times and days since we had a three day and 2 night stay. We were concerned about our safety since we had our small child.
I was upset since they told me at checkout that management would call me at a later time or that I can call for any other questions or concerns.
Don't know if i will come back.

Stayed here as home was being fumigated.
Everything clean inside. Very dated place. Construction going on. Found a couple of sharp-ended screws in the driveway of the parking lot as I walked to breakfast. Not thrilled with paying full price for hearing a bunch of work going on mid-day. Sofa bed was terrible. Glad my son was sleeping on it. 😂
Towel rack at the pool area was empty, so had to call to have them brought over.
Breakfast not great. Bagels, muffins, English muffins, but no bread to toast. Scrambled eggs were great, but boiled eggs the first day tasted strongly of vinegar.

The staff and room were actually very nice. However; For 269 dollars per night; I tried to study by the pool and there was construction going on, on multiple buildings, two days in a row, I woke up to rocks hitting the wall/door because they were doing stump grinding directly outside my door. Over sensitive Motion sensor lights go on and off at night all night due to the TV being on. A total nightmare!!

Love the upgrades to the rooms! Large and spacious studio with full kitchen, living room and bathroom. Modern style with upgraded amenities. Will be back!

This has been a amazing vacation. We love the residents in and we do plan on coming back each time we go on vacation to the Oxnard area. We totally recommend anybody that wants a great room that looks like a mini apartment at a great price to definitely check these people out

Friendly, clean, covenient, accomodated my wheelchair needs and service dog without question, no problem with my sons to rotate staying with me versus at my nearby 3rd son's house, easy to freeways but not noisy. Thank you, all.

The lobby was very clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The rooms were outdated and a little dirty. The pool/hot tub areas were also a little dirty.

Value for the size of room is phenomenal, however needs to have screems put all the way on it is scary on graound floor if the corners are sticking out. They were. 2 screens. Furniture is getting worn needs some TLC. Overall breakfast outstanding value and size of room outstamding. Love the Marriott family of hotels.

It was unique in that this is the property that the Cowboys stay in for training camp, but the rooms were a little outdated and could have used a bit of TLC. The location is convenient for those needing access to downtown Oxnard.

The bed was like sleeping on a slab of cement. The pillows were old and extremely flat. The refrigerator was loud and sound like a lawn mover all night long. The HVAC system rattled the vents all night. They did not provide enough towels. Upon my departure, I ran into some guests who told me they MICE in the cabinets in their room. I would not stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

The staff were ver friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was very musty. Like an old cigarette or dog smell. We lit candles to help mask it but still smelled. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work so we called and they came immediately to fix it. Took an hour though. The room was adjacent to the fitness room and exterior basketball and tennis courts so it was a little noisy. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I always stay here when I'm visiting family in Oxnard.

I’ve stayed at several Residence Inns and this one wasn’t my favorite. The staff was super helpful, the cleaning was done, everything was fine except the condition of the room. There were corners of the carpet lifting and the carpet trim that came up two inches up the wall was frayed and scuffed throughout the whole room. Again, the staff was great but Marriot clearly chooses not to put money into the maintenance and repairs of these rooms.

Heated Pool. No ice machines and ice maker in room refrigerator was turned off. Called guest service and they gave us a small bag of ice, but that was not quite enough.
