On the Expedia Website, it indicated that was complementary Breakfast, and I end up paying 20 dollare per person at a restaurant on the premise. They said would have purchase a package. I expect more from the Sheraton. Really disappointed.

Hotel was at great location with in walking distance to several land marks. Front desk and other member of hotel where helpful at time of need. Only issue was towels where never replace or room fully clean while we where out. Other then that hotel was a nice stay.

The hotel looks mostly like a cheap motel. The air smells moldy. The building needs a total renovation. Service was helpful and the location was very convenient.

Horrible hotel, we got at the room, they decided to give is a second floor, with a bed that was dirty, ( never changed the sheets) the phone didn’t work, the bathroom was dripping, and the roof of the bathroom was with humidity.
This was a terrible experience.
Do NOT recommend.

It needs some room renovation. Everything inside looks old. The only good thing its that the bed is really comfortable. The lobby is nice but when it comes to the rooms not so much. Old phones with stains, bathroom towel holder was broken. The hallway have a pretty strong smell like plastic. Overall, this hotel shouldn't be a 4 star hotel. It should be just a 3 star. It is close to the niagara falls.

Unfortunately this property(at least the room that was assigned to us #231) was not at the level of a Sheraton(which we have stayed in the past both US and PR). The bathroom needs a lot of work. We were not able to use the sofa-bed because it was dirty.

The worst hotel ever. Be careful. With then. They took my credit card and over charge my card and took like more than 10 days to fix the issue. Manager was so disrespectful and arrogant. And they don’t care about anything they just take my credit card and take the money like was free. They steal money from people .
