While hotel has always been my favourite whenever I visited Georgetown due to it's location to various food options and places of interest, management seems to be neglecting state of rooms and amenities. Dust is clearly visible on walls, USB ports for charging is no longer working and two treadmills in gym is not working properly.
Will be looking elsewhere for my next visit since getting around with Grab is so convenient nowadays.

The cleanliness of the hotel room is questionable as I found an old slipper by the side of the bed upon walking into the room. Front desk staff wasn't very helpful in helping to arrange rides to airport and wasn't knowledgeable about tourist attractions.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. It is located in the city. Easy accessible to eateries. Next to it is a shopping mall. Will definitely stay here again if to visit penang.

excellent location and located in the heart of Unesco Heritage site, also walking distance from malls and local food to explore, spacious room, free parking is provided, staff is nice, buffet breakfast has variety of choice. Overall satisfied with my stays in Penang.

Overall is was good. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Initially the checking in processes was a bit slow since there was only one counter open. Afterwards they open more counter. The check on staff was quick to check us in.

Asked for help to book a restaurant as dont have local sim. Did not realise that the call placed through concierge is chargeable which is ridiculous since it is not even an overseas call. Other hotels accommodated based on past experiences.

Need to request things like hand towels and bath gel. Given 1smaĺl bottle for the day. Request to fold up the sofa bed. But it was not done. Paid for 4 stars hotel standard like 3 stars. First day toilet paper was left over from last guests. Not replace with new one. Morning even do not disturb sign is on cleaner still knock and try to open the door. Overall not happy with the service provided by the hotel this time. Next trip will look for better service hotel.
