I have stayed here many times and have always had a great experience.
Mehmet and Bulent on the doors have always been very welcoming and couldnt thank them enough for the amount they do for me to ensure everything runs smoothly for me.

Outdated but comfortable. Service variable at front desk/concierge. No warm welcome at check in and no offer on checkout (other membere of our party were offered coffee or chocolates)! Food average. Doormen were excellent!

Whilst the hotel was impressive in terms of facilities and location the staff experience and general ambiance fell short of what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The hotel is popular for extravagant wedding receptions which go on until 3am so do consider this if you want a peaceful nights sleep.

We opted out as it is presented as pet-friendly hotel, but you should consider extra charge and so many hussle around the hotel. In restaurant pets are not allowed but they didn’t provide any solution to eat outside the restaurant.

Good hotel with great location, excellent breakfast buffet and spa experience also outdoor and indoor pools are great.
Staff were friendly. The only issue is the area was little busy due to prime location. I recommend plan ahead for transportation.

This is a beautiful hotel with top-notch amenities and friendly, helpful staff. The property is luxurious without being snobby. Located across from a park, the hotel's location is convenient with many restaurants within walking distance. A great option for families and business travelers. Five stars!!

Lobby was nice and very modern. Attention to details. Staff at the door were amazing. Very friendly and helpful.
During my stay, I asked to add breakfast but unrealistic price and they could not match what I was offered at the time of the booking which was a small fraction of the price but this was their policy.
Only issue was cigarette smell from the AC perhaps people smoke next to the external unit.

Big hotel, but we felt part of the family! The general manager sent us fresh orange juice to our room, another manager gave us cookies and a hotel tour. Our kids loved the pools and they got lots of new friends from all over the world. We even extend our stay, to stay another couple of days at the pool.

It's a good hotel and this not the first time I stayed. Some rooms have amazing view, a little overpriced roof top bar/restaurant. And It's kind of keeping the 70's design element. Very central area, a lot of street food options available.
