I needed a room just for one night, and this was a perfect location. It is right in the airport and the train station is right there, so I took a train to Heidelberg for the day. Very convenient. I'm thinking of making another grip to Germany and using this hotel as a hub for day trips. I would def stay here again, it is a magnificent hotel, convenient, and not a bad price.

Love the hotel but we need to have access to free WiFi. That is a must!

My stays at the Sheraton are unfailingly at the top of my hotel experiences. Through the booking process my last name had somehow become misspelled, but the gentleman who checked me in was diligent in finding my reservation and maintained charm and good humor throughout. He also kindly alerted us to the children's choir concert that was taking place that evening. The room was impeccable- spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was also entirely silent, which was definitely appreciated. We dined at the main bar- the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. (The children's choir provided fun, seasonal cheer.) If I were forced to find something to criticize, the only thing I could come up with was the water temperature was a little on the low side, but that barely counts as a complaint.

Had a just "alright" experience during my recent stay at the Sheraton Frankfurt airport hotel. Pros: super friendly and efficient service from all staff: front desk, Flavors restaurant, and porter staff service were all fabulous. Room is large and generally well equipped. Location is great and easy to find. Cons: Wifi service very much lacking in my room - it only worked well in the lobby at the reception desk, and nowhere else. That's unacceptable gor business travelers. Parts if the room were not clean at dll( very gilthy under sink with big dust mites. Shower was very poorly designed (bad access) and with weak water pressure as well as hard to regulate temperature (either super hot or just cold...). Bathroom is not well suited for handicapped and elderly guests. Sound insulation is terrible if you are staying in a room with connecting doors: could hear my neighbors very clearly. In summary: cannot recommend the Sheraton hotel at FRA Airport since the "hard product"(sound insulation, bathroom functionality) and the most basic amenities (WiFi, cleanliness) do not deliver - especially at the price point of the standard room rate asked. Pity for the staff, who are just delightful - but are let down by inadequate room product and basic amenities. A lot of room for improvement, and would not consider to return any time soon.

The rooms have noise from the passage and the bathroom has no exhaust fan

We stayed here due to an early morning flight from Frankfurt airport. We booked a 2 bedroom room with one king and one murphy. When we got to the room the murphy bed was not set up. In fact it was locked, and only hotel staff could open it. I would have expected the reception desk to have asked if we wanted it set up and sent some one to handle it. As it was, it did not take long after we called for someone to come up and prepare it. Our wifi did not work and we had to call twice, eventually being given a code that worked. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast is a bit pricey especially if you don't purchase in advance (36 euros).

The hotel is next to the terminal building so that one can walk, even with roller suitcases, over to the check-in. The room was very comfortable and quiet. However, it was challenging to reach the hotel with our rental car. Because of ongoing construction, that didn't work out, even with detailed instructions by phone from the front desk. Instead, we dropped off the car at the airport and then walked to the hotel, which was straightforward. So, if coming by rental car, drop off the car first in Terminal 1 and then walk to the hotel!!
