Clean hotel, older , needs upgrade on fixtures. Check-in easy, good breakfast with variety. Walkable to Heritage Theater.
Will stay again for convenience around town.

Nice little place. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Quiet & clean grounds without traffic noise. Breakfast buffet had limited options but the food was fresh and tasty. Fresh coffee was available for most of the day.
And the rates are reasonable.

It's a great place for your Utah Shakespeare Festival adventure. It's close enough to walk to the Festival. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of food and was really good.

I had called two weeks in advance to ask if we might be given a ground-floor room--we're getting older and lugging bags up stairs is getting harder. When we arrived the desk knew nothing about this and I had to show them my phone to prove I had called and when. They said they had one ground-floor room available, so we took it. It smelled a little musty, but thereafter I would say that the maid service was good. Anyone who happened to be on the desk always greeted us pleasantly. The breakfast on offer is very good--the only thing that would make it better is...bacon!

Great one night stay, the room was clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. The only bummer was the frig was not working. Great location!

Great location, very convenient to the university and theaters. The exterior shows some wear and tear, specifically there are places that the concrete is broken away from the upper floor balcony/walkway, exposing rusted rebar. Interior was clean and well-maintained, AC worked great.

No elevators. Very small bathroom. Outlet in the bathroom was covered by a mirror, no use. Very noisy, you can hear everything from the hallway.

We have stayed here many times. This time we had a suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the location is convenient.

It’s weird to have 2 Best Westerns right across from each other, but after we got to the right place check-in was a breeze. The room was comfortable & the 2 queen bedroom was more than enough space for 3 adults.

Front desk personnel was nice and helpful. The room was so clean and spacious. Thanks to Maria for cleaning the room every day. Also, huge thanks to staff members who made delicious breakfast.

Everything was great except the workout room elliptical was out of order. It turns on but doesn't work with any programs. Breakfast was adequate. The indoor pool was nice and the hot tub was warm enough. Location was good.
