The hotel itself is good, but the service is HORRIBLE, people are incredibly rude to you and don’t seem to want to help.
Furthermore, I had already paid for the property and they billed my card again, now they do not respond to the email.

The hotel is in a great spot if you're looking for access to the city center. Everything is in walking distance.
The hotel is clean and the staff is attentive and friendly.
Unfortunately, our room had an issue with the shower (water running from the shower floor into the bath- and main room). Why that had gone unnoticed and therefore escaped from being fixed, we don't know. We trust this will be fixed after we reported the issue to the front desk.

This was a fabulous stay. Location is a bit questionable. My only negative comment about the actual hotel is that if you need a bathroom and it can’t wait and your are in the lobby, they do not have a way to get to the bottom floor , steps in my. With an injured hip, they were not able to offer elevator use even though there was an elevator there .

Even though this is one the most expensive 5 star hotels in Frankfurt, the hotel is trying to save cost by using cheap items to save a few pennies.
The Nespresso capsules are cheap imitations which taste terrible, the toilet paper is cheap and rough the capuccino i ordered was cold. There is nothing special about this hotel. There are 5 star hotels for half the cost in Frankfurt. This hotel should use top quality items in the room.

My shower was broken - had too have cold showers 2 days in a row. Complained 3 time s, only then they moved me to a new room .

Always exceptional service. Stayed 4 days. Everything from check in to check out was fantastic. Rooms are very clean and modern. Hotel is quiet. Food was excellent. Great lobby to work from. Close and walkable to everything with great restaurants just outside the door. One of the best choices in Frankfurt. My 5th stay at this hotel. Will be back.

Nice Westin property, with a good lobby bar and two restaurants. Only a couple minutes from shopping and many more restaurant choices. Convenient for getting a Taxi or Uber, as they have a dropoff and pickup lane in front of the hotel.
