Hotel Paris is a beautiful historical building, nice location, great service!

Gorgeous hotel with art deco design. It has a cool vibe that puts you in the mood. Outstanding staff, particularly housekeeping. Walking distance to old town and to Palladium mall. Breakfast buffet was good, however, the food was the same everyday. If you’re staying nearby, there’s a grocery store located on the last level inside the Palladium mall that has excellent prices for bottled water and snacks.

This hotel is one of the jewels of Prague. Not only for its construction, location and French style, but for its rooms and the service of the staff. Clean rooms, a large bed and top service from all the staff. If you go to Prague you should definitely stay at this hotel.

Even though the hotel was nice but it needs some upgrades. There were only 2 power outlets in the room. One in the bathroom and one in the corner of the room which made it very uncomfortable to use our electric supplies.

It’s very clean, beautiful and elegant. Two layers of windows and doors with a big air gap between significantly reduce noise from the street and hallway, respectively. The air conditioner worked very well. I noticed minor issues with the tub/shower. It is small and the glass door is not big/long enough. ( I am a small person). Water splashes on the floor and makes the floor wet all the time.

Hotel Paris was a great experience as the hotel was very good on all fronts….comfort, atmosphere, customer experience, location, excellent service, and value. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is advetised as a spa hotel which was total BS when they dont open the spa until 2pm and its not advetised on the website. The keys are the most ridiculous thing ever! The cleaning ladies are opening doors at 9am to clean when people are sleeping. A lot of the staff didnt speak english. The door men just kinda stood around all day. Find something for them to do. No netflix on the samsung tv...only youtube which made no sense! No night staff knew anything about the area. This is at most a 3 star hotel. And the location is prime. Breakfeast was descent.The rooms are spacious but the noise outside is ridiculous! I was definitely unimpressed with this hotel for the price!

Nice hotel, great central location yet quiet. Friendly staff and spacious room. Only problem was a terrible WiFi - which was a huge problem as I had to host a number of Teams meetings while staying at the hotel. Would probably not book again for a business visit to Prague.

The staff was exceptional and the area was amazing. We will be back. Thank you!

Lovely hotel in central old town Prague I upgraded to an Executive room the view was amazing.

Historic old hotel that is well run and super quiet despite being in the middle of a city. They could use some upgrades to the electrical systems (usb plugs, etc) and the furnishings are getting a bit worn, but the architectural details and solid wood doors and thick walls are amazing.

To sum it up, don’t be fooled it’s not 5 star property but rather maybe 3… Staff at the reception, upon our arrival, wasn’t friendly, when we asked to recommend place to eat we were given a list of local places with no explanation. Room was small, noisy from the outside construction, which nobody told us about. Bathroom was probably the worse, tiny, not clean, with sink, toilet being plastic, never seen anything like it. Shower had one shower head that you need to hold while showering, the door was leaking so as you exit the shower you step into a puddle of water. Towels were grey not white. Hair dryer was from last century. One positive thing was location, close walking distance to all the major attractions and landmarks.

Location is perfect. Hotel definitely not 5 stars hotel. The standard room with very small shower (there is no bath). Furniture very old. Breakfast regular - not suitable for 5 stars. We paid additional 40€ per night in order to upgrade the standard room with no compensation from Hotel side.

The hotel was beautiful in every aspect. Breakfast was remarkable and delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only negative - and it was a big negative is that the internet was spotty at best. It was a HUGE source of frustration.

5 Stars all the way! This property was excellent. Staff were over the top friendly and helpful. Room was nice and very "parisian" in style. Housekeeping were very good and timely every day. Breakfast buffet was huge and very good in quality - even with sparking wine. Location is great. I usually stay at the Marriott which is very close but now will always stay here if an option. Great hotel and value. Highly recommend.

I loved this hotel and would stay there again. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of several tourist destinations. The metro also stops there so it’s really easy to get around the city I have only 2 reservations about the property: one the breakfast buffet could have been served warmer and two,be sure to ask the front desk for an anti slip rubber mat for the shower. I slipped and fell the first time I used the shower.

All the superlatives for this fantastic hotel in the heart of Prague. Walking distance to any point of interest. Friendly and respectful staff always ready to help and answer any demand. Perfect amenities from the buffet breakfast, the bar lobby, the gym, and of course the room with a marvelous sunset view over the old city (we stayed in the Mucha Suite). Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel itself was very grand with a charming atmosphere… it included breakfast each morning with a wide selection of food and drink that was beautifully presented, prepared and the service was exceptional! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The perfect hotel for a stay in Prague. Always my first choice!

I want to express our appreciation for the overall positive experience and commend your friendly and accommodating staff. However, I would like to bring to your attention a couple of concerns regarding our stay. We booked two rooms, 501 and 502. While we found the crew to be very nice and the rooms to be generally good, there were discrepancies between the two rooms. Despite both rooms being priced the same, Room 502 was noticeably smaller than Room 501. This caught us by surprise, as we expected both rooms to be similar in size given the identical pricing. Additionally, we encountered an issue with the shower in Room 502. The showerhead was positioned so low that it made taking a normal shower quite challenging. This was not the case in Room 501, and it became a significant factor in our overall satisfaction. I understand that there may be variations in room size and amenities, but the considerable difference in size and the shower issue in Room 502 were unexpected and affected our overall satisfaction with the stay. I appreciate your attention to these concerns and kindly request an investigation into these matters. A prompt response and resolution would be highly valued.
