It's always challenging to book a stay through the app and hope it would be at least close to what you were imagining. This apartment is an absolute pleasure! Everything was clear from the beginning: check in process is pretty simple, the manager is always available through the email or a phone call to answer any questions, the apartment is very specious, clean, and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable. Kitchenette has everything you need - cups, glasses, utensils, plates, pots. The location is amazing- it is about 30-35 minutes walk to the Old Town Square, huge park close by, plenty of coffee shops, stores, and restaurants around, very easy for any taxi pick up if you need it.

I would recommend adding at least one simple cleaning and towels change every 3-4 days. Of course it depends on the number of people staying and for how long, but for our big group it would be nice to have towels cganged and the floors wiped in the middle of our stay. Also, I was missing the simple coffee maker 😊. Good thing they have coffee shop close by, so my mornings started from it.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious. Clean, excellent service, and helpful staff. Close to public transportation. Made our stay peaceful and relaxing.

We had some issues but the host was more then helpful with solutions, so kudos for that. Keep up the great work!

It is impossible to use this buggy Kiosk for self-service check-in. Asked too many questions and showed errors during keys release. Be prepared and fill in the information before arrival. The room was delayed for 2 hours by cleaning and had a very strange smell. Insufficient tableware for 5 people. The price is not final you have to pay city tax and a strange deposit. As well as management does not answer messages from Booking.

Very nice apartment with beautiful spaces and a very beautiful lighting ; the apartment is well organized and equipped; the rooms , the beds the bathroom were all comfortable , nice and very clean; one of the best apartments ever. In addition the operations director has been very kind answering quickly to my questions and doubts. Everything worked well and the instructions were good. The street is in a nice zone of Prague with pretty nice shops and café ; the apartment is not so far from the center that is really easily reachable with the tram. The park for the car is not so far and well connected by tram.

This is not sa complain but an note: It’s very difficult to park the car in the street even for a short time, so, if arriving by car , one must be aware that he has to organize very well the operations of check in (manage the luggage’s and so on …) before to remove quickly the car from the street.

it was extremely complicated for me procedure to get keys from the kiosk. I was very tied by arrival. And it took a hell a lot of time for me to make this check-in procedure with scanning of documents, does not work put manyally, etc.. Never again for me. And the parking facilities near by were not nice. Despite of the detailed instructions of the host, I think that the first day I did not park well and may be need to pay fines. :-( The bed in our room was not very comfortable for me. May be other like this mattresses, for me left mattress was harder then right one. Hm...

The apartment is super. The self check-in is amazing. The host kept checked on us to make sure everything was alright and also recommend some nice restaurants and coffee shops around.

Not so serious but you have to keep being careful to avoid hitting your head on the walls.

Detailed information in a timely manner. Prompt replies on emails. Fully automatized check-in/out. The apartment had two floors, great for small kids. Easy and quick access by tram or bus. Shopping possibilities in the neighborhood.

The room number is not indicated on the key and it is shown only dring check-in, so better to remember first before hit "Finalize" ;-). Limited kitchen accessories, but totally fine for a breakfast.

The property was in a great location, easy to travel into Prague and to Prague zoo. There was enough space for our family to stay and the cooking facilities was pretty good. They had enough crockery and cutlery which was all in good condition. The bathrooms were nice (except the shower head needed tightening) and everything was clean.

Room 501: We decided to stay at the apartment because it had a washing machine and we all needed clean clothes after travelling for a few weeks. The machine was broken when we arrived so we had to wash in the bath tub. We contacted the owner but as it was the weekend there was not a lot done straight away. My brother found us a laundromat down the road which we used and the apartments offered to reimburse. Not sure if this has happened yet. The air conditioner dropped off water, we could see it had done so for a while as the floor boards are lifting below each unit. The first time I mentioned this they said nothing. On our last night the AC unit in the front bedroom poured out water, it sounded like a tap was on, so we had to turn it off. It was a warm night, and as we were on the 5th floor, not a conformable sleep. In the message back from the apartments, they said they tested all the units and no water was dripping from them. This made me upset as it is obvious this has been a problem for a while (as the floorboards have lifted) and they basically suggested we are lying about it. The units are electrical and this is dangerous. I hope it will be investigated.

This property was very spacious and comfortable. The team was very responsive to all questions and worked hard to finish cleaning early, so we could get in as soon as we landed in Praha. There were two big bedrooms, which they set up to meet our needs (1 room with a queen bed, 1 room with 2 twins). There was a small fully stocked kitchen and living room. There were 2/3 bathrooms— one full bathroom was ensuite with the queen bedroom. There was a half bath (toilet and sink) outside of the 2nd bedroom. Finally there was an odd bathroom with a tub/shower, sink and washing machine— no toilet! We were in a good location. We were able to walk to the grocery store and to downtown. We loved walking through the park to get to downtown. We did use Bolt to go to Prague Castle, but walked back to the apartment, so we could explore the old town square. Finally check in and check out was super easy with the kiosk in the lobby!

Bolt had a hard time finding this property! We had to watch the app to meet or flag down the driver.

The comfort of the accommodation was good. The location is excellent as you can easily access stores and various tourist locations either on foot or by tram.

The Check-in process was just tedious for me considering the ease of check-in that I have experienced in a plethora of other places that I have stayed at globally. I found the house rules to be absurd considering the amount of money I paid for that accommodation. For example, one is expected to clean the house, take out the trash or else you will be charged extra etc. I could not use the air conditioning for the entire duration of my stay since it was dripping of water and I did not want it to damage the floor nor did I want to keep on mopping the floor. I also didn't like the fact that it is stated you have to wait for 7 or more days to get a refund for the damage deposit.

The apartment itself was very nice, spacious, clean and overall better looking than I had expected. The location was good in my opinion and the bed comfortable.

I'm not a fan of the self-check in/out kiosk. It worked well when I was checking in but when I was checking out it was frozen. It all just felt a bit too impersonal and I got a feeling that I was just lucky not to have troubles when checking in by myself very late at night. They do however give you very clear instructions for how to check-in so it was not hard at all. I was also not a fan of the lock on the door to the apartment. I never felt really sure that it was really locked and it was also a bit stiff so I really needed to slam it shut going in and out. This is a similar lock to what is used in some hotels, but as I said, it just felt hard to be sure if it was really closed/locked. Thankfully there was a normal key to lock the bedroom at night, otherwise I'm not sure I would have slept tight since I was travelling alone. Lastly I got charged extra for leaving a very small stain in a towel, that in my opinion should have been very easily cleaned or bleached out. The amount was not much but this is something that a hotel would never make you pay for so if you are staying there just be aware that they might charge you for this kind of minor things.

The louren apartment is located in a very hip district, Letna. Around the place you can find many cafes, bars, and restaurants. Close by is a tram stop which takes you to the old town just in 10 min. The apartment was nice and big. Bed was comfortable, but we didn't like the very big pillows. The wifi worked well. All in all, we had a nice stay there.

A bit too little equipment in the kitchen.

The apartment was very modern, clean, quiet, nicely equipped and very spacious. Location is excellent close to metro station and easy access to other parts of the city. I highly recommend this apartment.

The only thing I would mention is that one of the pillows was not good and should be replaced.
