My husbands allergies were absolutely terrible the first night, he was up and down all night with congestion, runny eyes, and post nasal drip… he found mild by the curtains in the corner of the room. I will say that when we called to change rooms they were very on top of it and understanding, they showed us 3 new rooms to choose from and examine. He felt much better the remainder of the stay. Service was fantastic but the room itself was pretty plain and while the facility itself was beautiful the gym was a bit pathetic. Next time we will probably not spend 300$ a night on a room since the “amenities” of the hotel were not great. We much prefer the grand Hyatt in roppongi for similar price point

Very convenient Location, plenty of food options. The train station is connected under the hotel. Only drawback, they Charge you 1100 yen per day to use the gym. Terrible policy, why do you have to Charge extra for people to use the gym? If you are afraid that it will be too crowded, charging a one time 1100 for entire stay will still work not 1100 yen per day. They will get 5 stars if they change the Policy until then, i Will pick other hotels for my regular Business travel to Tokyo

We opted for a double room with lounge access. The room was spacious for Tokyo standard and it was spotless. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English. The access to the lounge was totally worth it - we could see the Tokyo Tower from there and the food and drinks were great. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again for our next visit to Tokyo.

Good hotel, convenient location, polite and helpful staff
Rooms are bit old styled, needs renovation for sure.
Breakfast menu repeats everyday becomes boring after 2 days, not much options for vegetarian people.

Expedia site indicates that there is laundry facilities. In fact, there was none. Transport is very convenient. Don't have high hopes on small restaurants close to the hotel.

Unflexible staff at check-in. Charged me for one hour earlier check-in eventhough they had the room ready (I was staying for 5 days). Charged for use of gym. The hotel has seen better times and must be due for a major overhaul. Staff very friendly but as usual in Japan no devation or flexibility.

we booked 9 nights for this hotel!! in expedia, we purposly booked 2 adults and 2 kids! when we arrived to the hotel, they only offered us two twin beds and told us. there is nothing they could do!! we arrived at 2:15, while they were checking others into the hotel, we were told we can not check in until 3 pm. I am not sure why. i feel i was not treated equally by the hotel and expedia false adversting the hotel.

Easy access from and to both Haneda and Narita airport. Direct connection to subway. Walking distance to Ningyocho area for fine dining.

This is the best option to travel to Tokyo, upgrade the room is so worth it. The best hotel not only in Tokyo y many countries. Have breakfast there, the most enjoyable place to eat and rest. Perfection all the way. This is my only option next time

This is an OLD hotel that is in terrible need of a renovation. The hallways and the rooms smell musty and moldy. I stayed at another hotel near Ginza for less money and it was beautiful and clean! Stay away from this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful..hotel staffs helped to carry our luggage to the limousine bus stop as we were heading to the Tokyo airport… very good location and easy to commute as there is a train station accessible through the hotel.. great location to reach Tokyo airport as Limousine buses are available at a walkable distance.. Rooms were clean and spacious...

Beautiful lobby with plenty of restaurant and spa facilities to take advantage of. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and included an Espresso machine, which was very much appreciated. This was a short stay, so I didn't visit any of the restaurants, but I found my stay to be very nice. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Train station Z Line is below the hotel. Good location for quiet hotel but close enough to the main attractions and nearby cities

Great place to stay while visiting Tokyo, subway is right at the basement level of the hotel. Getting to Ginza and other places very convenient.
