The room was not properly clean. The microwave was dirty and the refrigerator need cleaning and defrost.

Staff was nice.

It wasn't very clean and I found a roach in the bathroom. Also, tried to take to a shower and it was broke, water just shot out everywhere.

That they have a elevator

Pillows where lumpy and small. The refrigerator stopped working in the middle of night and food was wasted and drinks where hot.then in the morning no breakfast was out and when "the breakfast " was put out was told had to sit in the lobby and eat could not go back to room

staff broke into my car. refused to run cameras back, they are a system of thieves . be careful

The heater in my room blew cold air

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful with my accommodations. I appreciated the breakfast and coffee in the morning.

The 1st room I was assigned to had stains on the ceiling, and it was peeling. Stains on the carpet and the ottoman. I asked for another room, and it looked much better. The bed wasn't comfortable it had a deep in it, and the heat blew cold air half the night until I had to turn it off.

The shower had mold in it the hallway was nasty and dirty it look like the place was under construction bad place to stay never will stay there again

They had a waffle maker, but that was all they had.

No extra towels, we had 2 adult and 2 kids,so we ask for extra towels.They tells me I had to bring them the dirty towels to get clean towels.

The location. One staff person, Olivia, was pleasant and responsive to our needs and complaints.

The rooms had not been fully cleaned (if at all) when we checked in) one room had a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom. The bed covers in both rooms had stains and were not clean. TV in one of rooms was not working; no one was available to fix it until 1 or 2:00 pm the next day. Breakfast was poor, the beverage machine was not working. There was no hot food (it was posted that hot breakfast were served) Saw two roaches in the bathroom Half of the lightbulbs in rooms not working. The manager was extremely rude and insensitive to our concerns and issues.

The accommodations were great the staff friendly what ever you needed. It was great. I would stay there again😁

Just grabbed a couple of blueberry muffins but looked clean and nice. Room was clean; just stayed one night.

A clicking noise in the bathroom ceiling every 45 seconds

The room, bathroom, fridge, microwave were all Filthy. The tubs finish was peeled. Absolutely disgusting!

The staff

Very clean, good location, very quiet, nice front desk service. Front desk clerk Olivia and general manager Reggie were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not served as advertised . The bathroom could use some touch-up work. Chip paint on ceiling and worn bathtub. One of the queen beds had a broken box spring which made the bed lean. Small bugs with wings in bathroom.
