Generally the stay and staff were helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast and room were very nice. The only thing negative in the room was the tub. The non slip liner at the bottom of the tub in room 530 was peeling and might have caused a laceration of the bottom of my foot. Please repair.

The room was cold and the heater did not work. They brought in two tiny space heaters for the suite and luckily one of them worked and was able to take the edge off the bedroom. Not typical for Embassy Suites.

I stay here every time I come down from Sacramento and I’m never disappointed. The front staff is always so nice and accommodating. It’s great that they offer a reception service in the evenings and a breakfast buffet. Great omelette station and the service staff is very attentive.

This hotel is my go to when in this specific area. Love the location and the staff.

Check-in process was easy. They provided a happy hour and 2 drinks however, a happy hour food items were stale, goldfish, crackers, and pub mix along with leftover breakfast fruit and yogurt, as well as cold popcorn. That needs to be Improved or just get rid of it and give the two drinks. Breakfast was amazing options and the omelette bar was fantastic. Trouble getting onto the Wi-Fi But my cell phone has unlimited Wi-Fi so I didn’t really care too much about it. I wish the TV could connect to my Netflix account or Hulu account. The Basic room was very nice king size bed very cozy. The living room area separate from the bedroom was nice to have.
Big point of the hotel choice in the fall was the indoor pool it was heated but because it’s an indoor pool, they were pumping in so much AC that it felt like being outside big thumbs down.
If they could just fix the AC in the pool area and not make it so cold as well as fix the happy hour, then it would be a very economical and great place

The overall experience was great. The room had a place outside the bedroom as a communal space. The beds were comfortable and had an amazing view of the sunset and sunrise! It was off of Santa Anita drive so it was close to everywhere my family and I needed to be. There was a slight problem with the shower head’s pressure and cleanliness of the fridge and microwave, but overall a great place to stay and the staff was very friendly and super helpful.

We have stayed at this Embassy Suites about 5 times now and have only had two minor problems, once a very uncomfortable bed, and once a small room that was the last at the end of the hallway, but aside from that we will continue to stay at this location. Breakfast is always good!

For the amount of money to stay there there should be daily room cleaning. We had ho call everyday to get fresh towels. Trash never emptied.

It was a good stay, like always, but for some reason the bed was really hard in room 329, my husband and I both did not sleep good, and we wokw up with sore backs.

All staff here are wonderful from we Checked in and out , hot cook breakfast is super good with choices omelet or fried eggs …. Room is big enough for family of four. We enjoyed our stay here. Only needed to improve part is condition of bathroom and we hope they would upgrade next time.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and allowed our family of 6 enough space to relax. The breakfast was delicious and it's amazing getting to order an omelette each morning. The evening snack and drink was also a nice addition. There was plenty of parking and our kids had fun in the pool.
My only complaint was that the room didn't seem to get as cold as the thermostat advertised. One night I couldn't sleep under the sheets because I was too hot and the thermostat was set to 60 but it felt more like 78. The did send a person to check it out and it did improve but I like my hotel room chilly and it never got there.
Overall, I'd gladly stay here again as our whole family enjoyed the three nights we spent at the hotel.

It was a great stay. Open parkade entry and exit requires card access which was a bit inconvenient. Lovely breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

The room was nice and clean. The AC did not work as expected - room temp was set at 67 but felt like 77. The shower head could use a replacement, with the end part already sticking out of the wall, and was making loud noises

Great property and friendly staff! Fantastic and spacious room. Sadly the tv was outdated and had no apps or features to order movies to watch.

Overall experience 4 out of 5. A bit outdated for the rooms, plugs were loose, bathtub shower was a bit dirty. The outside and lobby area are beautiful. Housekeeping is really good! Some employees were rude but most were amazing and very helpful! For the price, to match the lobby I do think the rooms need to be updated. But you do get complimentary breakfast and drinks! So I guess it balances out.

The only issue I had was with the bed being hard and uncomfortable. The parking fees is ridiculous. If you’re paying all this money to stay . Why want the parking be free. Overall everything was fine.

I was dissappointed, the hotel is very old, the sink and shower are all worn out, the beds make squiky noices every time you move. I've stayed at other hotels with the same company and I've been delighted, but not this time. Last but not least, the bar tender was rude and refussed to serve our drinks for such a childish reason.

Fast and efficient check in and very accommodating. The breakfast was also very good and the area seemed very safe although a few blocks up there were noticeably homeless people but that seemed to be the case in many nearby parts.
