Right next to the grand Hyatt and its beaches. A short walk to Poipu beach. Very nice pool and great service at the pool bar. Garden view was off the pool and 2 bedroom large space with well equipped kitchen. Very clean. A bit dated like most resorts on Kauai I will definitely stay here again.

All was great except their sidewalks need fixing. I was coming back from the pool and my walker got stuck and my walker stopped and i didn’t and i went over the top of the walker and fell…please fix it so that the next handicap person doesn’t fall like i did…

Expensive but not meeting value for cost. Old tired in need of massive upgrade. Room servicing just didn’t happen over 5 days but they came 1 day only in late afternoon after we returned from entire day out. Hear room above constantly. Loud aircon that was inefficient and woke us 5-6 times a night. Too hot to sleep with fan. Shower strength poor. 15 min extra to get soap off after waiting 10 min with shower on for any hot water.
Lovely outlook though but long walk to beach. Half gym equipment not working. Won’t go back.

It was beautiful and accommodating! Loved the staff but the nearby beaches,shops,and restaurants are all less than desirable/very pricey!

There were several places to dine and shop nearby. The staff was friendly, the pool was great and our room was updated and clean. No issues. We were also close to the beach.

First of all, I never seen anywhere checkout time by 10:00 AM. This is not standards of Hilton. Dirty staff not cooperative. There is no restaurant in the property. Kids did not like it.

Book this spot! I was skeptical because of the negative reviews. But this place is beautiful! Pool out the front door and the beach just outside the lanai. Pool is 4ft deep at max. Perfect for the little ones. The grounds are super clean and staff are very friendly. Great for families!

There were roaches in our room, our ocean view was blocked by scaffolding, no housekeeping and very outdated and dirty rooms. Now what you would expect from a Hilton.

Huge rooms and beautiful gardens. Easy walk to Shipwreck Beach or drive to like 10 other beaches

Great location and excellent staff. Very old run down rooms. Cheap scratchy linen. Noisy air conditioning and poor soundproofing. Felt unsafe as a single woman in a ground floor apartment facing a public walkway.
