Checkin in process is easy and staff are great! Room is clean and full kitchen is so convenient. Same breakfast every day gets old quick, but appreciated nonetheless.

Room smelled musty and like there had been cigarette smoke. They quickly changed our room. Nice and clean and roomy.

Staff was great. However, the sofa bed was not conducive whatsoever with no alternative of a roll out cot, 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 and 2 bathrooms, 4 towels, light upstairs did not work and outlet in the kitchen did not work.

You should have full size ironing boards in the rooms. I happened to stay while the units were being repainted so things were not normal conditions.

The hotel was very nice but was under some minor renovations. Overall we would stay again.

We arrived late, checkin was smooth and easy. Clean, safe, friendly, affordable and we slept 6 no problem. Breakfast was good but I’ve seen better. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel except a little tricky to get to off the main road. Nice hotel, if I ever need to I will stay there again.

Convenient and something right out of the 80's. Good breakfast. Beware of the staff trying to charge you $10 a night to park. Not mentioned anywhere and totally unnecessary.

I liked everything it was a great place stay

My wife found hair (not hers) in the shower, bathroom basin and kitchen sink. That almost ended our stay there. The rest of the cleaning was adequate. Second there was a small army of sugar ants in the bathroom that crawled all over the sink vanity and my wife's toothbrush. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient

Nice rooms, a little nervous about the opening between the upstairs and downstairs, this seems to present an unnecessary risk for families with small children. Also, not thrilled about the parking charge that was not advertised to us.

Comfortable bed, good shower and complete kitchen made for a great 3 night stay. Also, delicious free breakfast and very friendly receptionist greeted me every morning! Thanks for everything!

Upon check in your told that it’s a 10.00 parking fee as well as a 250.00 hold for incidentals I wouldn’t mind if the hotel room was nice however upon entering there’s cob webs in the kitchen, rusted fixtures, cracked mirror, dirty vents. If I didn’t check in so late I would have definitely left

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I booked a king room and got double beds which was very frustrated. The room was clean but the outside was dirty. The pictures on the internet were very different than what the actual hotel looked differently.

Overall the experience was wonderful. This location obviously went through renovations recently and this is evident in the main building. The pool is a wonderful addition to any hotel stay. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind! The only aspect of our stay that could have been better was to have known in advance that the room we booked, while technically 2 bedrooms (and 2 baths), should include a note that the lofted 2nd bedroom is not enclosed, and those with small children should be cautious of steep stairs and no complete wall or door that can be closed for noise cancellation and the half wall could be a safety concern.

Loved the bi-level suite. Also loved the access to the recreation center. Only thing that could have been better was the breakfast service. We were given a paper that stated breakfast was until 10 so some of my family members arrived at 9:40 & the staff person refused to let them fix their plates despite the food still being out bc she said breakfast ended at 9:30 & she didn't want guests to get sick... meanwhile she allowed staff to eat the same food she denied my sister & nieces.

The location was overall clean, and well kept, but lots of fixtures rusty, and my daughter got awakened by a palmetto cockroach on her and i killed it and turned it in to the front desk and the manager still has not called me 2 days later.

The sweet lady who checked me in was so kind, and was able to get me in before the 4 pm check-in time. Everything was clean and it was a very positive experience.

I’ve stayed at many properties under this franchise however this property has surpass my expectations.
The staff was professional,accommodating and welcoming. The duplex room layout was perfect for my family allowing for privacy for my partner and I and my children.
However what made the stay most memorable was the BBQ that was put on for the guest for the holiday weekend. I have never experienced such a warm gesture from a hotel.
My family plans to make this property our Home Away from Home

I don’t think the room sheets were changed. The pillows had fresh stains. The shower was dirty and had spiders. The overall set up is cute and the area is convenient but the cleanliness is not there. The check in staff were nice. I would not stay again due to lack of cleanliness.

Residental hotel is a series of small, two floor buildings with what might be considered large studio apartments. Perhaps a little overkill for one night, but still very nice. May need to walk a minute or so outside to enjoy a very nice breakfast.
