The location is close to the attractions. Stores, dining and beach are at walking distance. The gym has great equipment. Yoga every other day.

The friendly staff

Very nice hotel with great amenities friendly staff, very good and variety of breakfast buffet, nice pool for all ages. The only thing is that From pictures I thought it is on the beach and that you would have a cabana or umbrella but we ended down the trees, than the guy who brings us the towels and the chairs said that all beaches in Aruba are public and you can have any umbrella that is unoccupied there but you have to be very early in the morning, anyway with the golf cart the distance from the beach to hotel wasn’t an issue and I enjoyed it very much.

The staff was friendly and accommodating

Decent stay worth the amount you pay. Most of the staff were friendly. Only issues were our room had a weird mildew smell but I think it’s the water. We also needed help with the thermostat just a basic tutorial and it took an hour for someone to come show us. Also we got home late from a wedding and we were told the store inside was open 24/7 and one staff member tried to tell us that it was closed. It was open every night for late night snacks and most importantly, water .. but she insisted it was closed. I wouldn’t let up and she finally allowed me to buy water. She acted as if I were ruining her entire night. The next morning I asked the front desk if it was open 24/7 and they assured me it was. The breakfast was really really good and free!

Property was very nice and family friendly. The staff members were very nice and most spoke English. My room was very nice, modern and comfortable.

All the staff provided outstanding customer service such as the front desk staff Luz, the drivers Emerson and the other men, bartenders, pool staff, restaurant staff, maids, maintenance staff and the bell man Jose . A special thank you to Luz at the front desk for her outstanding service and making my birthday celebration amazing!!! Thank you to everyone.

The property was in in great distance of dining and retail and also transportation back and forth from the beach. The breakfast menu could have had a little bit more variety they didn’t offer any turkey products just pork and the also would like the daily appetizer item to change daily. Jose was a Gem a great help

Customer service excellent

I stayed at the property for a week , the staff was very nice and helpful. The pool staff Specifically Daniel was so nice and very professional , on the second day already know our name and our favorite drink . Front desk staff was super helpful we needed to change our room , with no problem they change it for us. It felt like home.

The front desk staff was rude

The staff was very courteous and greeting me with a smile every time service was requested. This included tips for things to do or directions to various places. The only thing I would recommend is having some day and night activities on the resort; shows, DJ for longer than a hour. Also, to switch the breakfast menu daily.

I enjoyed the property and it was very accessible for my 84 years old grandmother.

This was a great stay. Safe, clean, and friendly! I would recommend it and stay here again.

Excellent hotel for a family or couples. Conveniently located. The continental breakfast was a very nice touch, many food options for even the pickiest eater. I would have to say though that the coffee was very weak and not super available. Other than that I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Jose the concierge was excellent. Very helpful.

My kids and I had a wonderful time at this property I've been to Aruba many times and this is by far my best place to stay I will be back

The hotel was nice and very clean. We had to ask the staff to have our room cleaned everyday, but I think the room would be cleaned every other day. The staff was more than willing to submit the quest for us! The front desk staff, Liandro, Marvin and the wonderful ladies went above and beyond to help us with any concerns!! Cheers to them!

We came with may young family for the first time everyone was so efficient and happy to help gets us settled in greeted us with beautiful fresh cocktail while being checked in fantastic view and the pools were so comfortable for our two children who played in the pool all day long they cannot stop talking about how much they enjoyed their trip and how beautiful Aruba is they also said how they will be back as Aruba is their island home away from home thank you again for the great hospitality can’t wait to come back.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff was kind and helpful. This location is a 5-minute drive from the local restaurant/clubs, so I highly recommend staying here. When you need to sleep, the loud sounds won’t disturb you.

I took my daughter to Aruba for her graduation as a special mother daughter vacation. Immediately upon entering The Courtyard by Marriott we felt unwelcome. The receptionist at check in was incredibly rude to us, answered our questions with vague responses, & acted as though we were completely inconveniencing her by being there. We ordered lunch, and it was terrible! The bruschetta was soggy and the tomatoes were rotten. My daughter immediately had severe stomach pains after eating only part of her sandwich. I later learned that the waitress ran my card 4x charging me diff amounts with each transaction. I immediately inquired, only to be told ‘it’s not our problem, call your bank’ When we finally got our room at 5:30pm (check in is at 4:00pm) our room was filthy! Only 1 hand towel in the bathroom, stains on the bedding, & a used Qtip wedged in the chair cushion. We paid for a ‘room with a view’ and apparently the upgraded ‘view’ was of the highway & parking lot. When I called down to inquire, I was told ‘we don’t have any availability, and that is what the view room is’ I also requested towels as we were not given any. 2 hours later, still no towels. I called again. No answer. I went down to the reception, waited in line for 45 minutes, and told that they will bring the towels up- needless to say, the towels never arrived. We relocated to a better hotel, & never received ANY of the deposit or refund as promised.

Excellent property! It is deceiving because it looks small from the outside but the property is quite large. The room was nice, spacious, and very clean! The pool area was always clean and had ample chairs to lounge. The food was delicious; the breakfast had a great variety and it was very tasty. All the staff were so pleasant and hospitable! The bonus was how close it was to the beach and small plaza with restaurants n shopping. It was a very enjoyable experience staying at the Courtyard Marriott. I would return and recommend it to my family and friends.
