The room is very dark and small. It’s not that comfortable stay in the room.

Nice staff and very friendly

We had a most pleasant 6-night stay from check-in to check-out. Rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Strong wifi connection, well appointed and spacious bathrooms, best hotel slippers ever (currently wearing mine at home :)). Staff is friendly and helpful, and head concierge Sanjay is an encyclopedia of recommendations if you’re undecided on what to do. I loved the refillable water station that offers both flat and bubbly options. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to some of the most iconic Paris spots: Louvre, Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, Musée d’Orsay, Musée Rodin, and one of the best gourmet grocery stores La Grande Épicerie de Paris. So many fantastic little shops and restaurants. Terres de Café Saint-Germain-des-Prés (2min walk from the hotel) makes an excellent cappuccino :) I’d love to return to Paris and stay at this hotel again.

The staff was incredible. The area was close to it felt like everything. It was a great hotel.

Hotel is well kept, very clean, and in a wonderful central location. Staff is lovely and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and I will return.

The hotel is excellent. Safe, quiet, clean and everything you’d want in a hotel. But, its best feature is the concierge Sanjay. He suggested and obtained great restaurant reservations each night. He even did this for us on his days off!! He knows the best restaurants and they know him which must be how we were able to snag seemingly the last available tables. He made our stay in Paris unforgettable.

I had an excellent stay. Check in process was quick, there is always someone at the reception. The room was very clean and organized. Spare bed was already made.

This hotel was perfect for our family. We had just come from Spain and Portugal so we knew we were in for a much smaller room in Paris, but the deluxe apartment worked great for us with a pull out sofa in a separate room for our girls. We absolutely loved the location right next to a lively night scene along with proximity to multiple metro lines. The front desk service was excellent and made everything easy through our stay. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

In a very safe and bustling area, a lot of good dining opportunities and famous cafes. Service and breakfast are superb, best during our two week trip around France.

Hotel was adequate, staff were very helpful. The hotel is near a very busy road which was noisy enough but then there’s building work going on next door and opposite the hotel drilling and banging first thing in the morning is not what you want when you are on a relaxing city break, which we mentioned at reception and surly the hotel should put some notification on there site to warn people of this, we wouldn’t of stayed here if we knew.100 euros was taken out of our bank without warning to cover the mini bar etc which we should of been told about overall a disappointing stay

This hotel is in the middle of the action. It’s bustling day in and day out. So many restaurants around it. Patisseries, boulangeries, gelatos and coffee shops are a few steps away. Close to the Notre Dame Cathedral and The Louvre. Will definitely stay here again when in Paris. The staff is courteous and helpful!

cozy and a great place to stay in the town of Chamonix

Fabulous hotel! My husband & I stayed a week and there was so much to do within walking distance, shopping, eating & the Louvre! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (I do not speak French). Sanjay, the chief concierge was on point! Sanjay knows the area inside and out. He made wonderful recommendations for us.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood close to fabulous restaurants and walking distance to a lot of Paris. Clean small boutique hotel. Rooms were a little small, or we just had too much luggage!!

Amazing hotel and staff. I will return to this hotel every time I plan to return to Paris.
