Room was large and very comfortable. Only suggestion it took a while to work out the air conditioner settings as there were no instructions in room. The complex was very clean and worth the cost, we used the pool which was large, clean and had no problem in getting a sun lounge.

Room was noisy with corridor outside our room used as a thoroughfare by everyone going to or from other rooms at all hours. Waiting staff in cafe restaurant were abrupt. It was obvious customers were just an inconvenience to them. This resort clearly rests on its laurels when it comes to
customer service.

Staff are rude and hard to get hold of by phone. Finally got through on phone to book which was obviously not reception and they wouldn't match price of online booking so booked online....when it came to the time of stay I needed to change date as I had a family member dying they would not change a date of a booking.... horrible service and horrible people...

We had our wedding at The Vines and it was so amazing, the staff and venue was great and we have so many amazing memories now.

Perfect holiday resort. Minor things. We are “old”. Would have preferred a menu in room, rather than scanning QR codes. Maybe biscuits for our morning “cuppa”. Minor. Loved everything. We WILL be back.

The staff were lovely. The room was lovely with a good view. The only thing was it was very noisey in the room above us sounded like someone running across the room constantly went on until about 11pm we worked out it must have been a gym above us because we heard what sounded like weights being dropped on the floor too. Thank you it is a lovely place to stay other than the noisy gym above.

Nice and chill location. Big compound. Has a hot jacuzzi pool. Tried calling room service and front desk on first night for 10x and no one answered. Found cockroaches in the room twice. Cleaning of room was ok. Service can be improved for sure.

We had a fabulous time whilst staying here. Fantastic pool with plenty of space for the kids to play, roos and birds right outside our balcony. Good on site restuarant for lunch/dinner.

The breakfast, pools and mini golf were great. Room was nice too. Some staff were not friendly like at checkin, the cafe and mini golf.

Very disappointed with the location of our rooms. With the upfront request 3 months prior we were placed in the rooms facing carpark of the other hotel.

Hotel surroundings are beautiful, parking is plentiful but hotel requires a little bit of upgrade especially in its pool area. Rooms are okay but very basic. It would be nice if help is provided to transport luggage to room (we had plenty of luggage and two young children and had to do it all by ourselves after a very long flight).

Great stay with fabulous attentive staff. For once I was able to sleep perfectly with firm yet comfortable pillows.

We Had 2 hours to relax by the pool, there were a handful of kids that were not staying at the resort yelling and jumping in and out the pool, found old bandaids on the ground where we were sitting.
Facilities were old, outdated and run down. No ice in the guest ice machine and when asked at the bar for a bucket of ice we copped attitude because the bar ‘were low on buckets’
Overall a pretty average experience at Novotel and Definetly will not be staying here again.

Our stay was very pleasant. Room clean and tidy, although a little outdated. However, it was more than accommodating. The front reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool areas are lovely and well shaded.

Only stayed one night but nice stay lovely facilities unfortunately 40 degrees so too hot to use swimming pool and mini golf.
