The property is conveniently close to Arlington, Ft. Worth, and Dallas but is quiet and felt like a suburb, which I appreciate. The room and lobby area are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. Breakfast food is OK, although there was not many seating inside the room.

Wall A/C in the living area, nothing in the bedroom. If you don’t leave the door open the bedroom gets extremely hot at night even with the ceiling fan. Old tiny outdated TV’s. No pool, very dated paint and carpeting. Dripping bathtub, 1 1/2” gap under the door letting in all the hallway noise and light, fridge barely chilled items at the coldest setting,

It's largely a self service motel. My room was only cleaned twice in several weeks. Most of the staff is nice. For the price it is decent. You just need to do a lot of work yourself, like cleaning and washing towels.

In town for the week , amazing and comfortable stay, sunshine and the rest of the front desk staff was very helpful whenever needed or had questions. Nice and quiet environment. Will likely visit again whenever back in town

Upon arrival and looking the room over, the room offered everything needed and more for the 1 night stay that i had. However, the room could use some updating. The light o er the desk did not have a lightbulb and therefore could not be used. The most disturbing part of the stay is finding dead and alive crickets in the room. It made me ready to go immediately.

At best 3 star. Regular staff is good management needs improvement.

The building looked a little old, but it was kept very clean. It was very quiet and the bed was super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Front desk was super friendly & helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The property is outdated and one of the bathroom cabinet doors fell off when I touched it. I would stay here again, just keep visual expectations low.

At check in, front desk personnel Todd, denied that payment had been made through Expedia. Even though payment had been made a month prior and I had the itinerary #. He asked for a credit card to hold for room charges and ended up charging the credit card for the stay. I have been attempting to resolve this for a month and still have not. When calling the hotel they claim they did not charge the card meanwhile my credit card statement says otherwise. On another note, at 10 pm on the first night of my stay I went downstairs to ask if they had any salt and pepper packets. I found the front desk clerk and a member of housekeeping in an extremely inappropriate situation with one another in the back area behind the counter. I had to clear my throat and say excuse me several times before they could even hear me. Upon noticing me the housekeeping staff left quickly and Todd came to the front to see what I needed. It was very uncomfortable. I find this staff member to be inappropriate as well as incompetent.

They don’t clean rooms everyday. Garbage can pile up

Very bad experience. Marriott is known for quality but this hotel is very bad. The staff and management don’t care about their guests. The televisions don’t work and they don’t care to check the rooms to make sure everything is functioning properly. The door in the bedroom did not close or lock. the tub doesn’t drain the cook did not show up there were no waffles and breakfast was a mess

They didn’t have the room we purchased available so we didn’t get the two beds in the room we paid for

We were in TX to visit family and stopped in Ft. Worth also. It was a nice place and we felt safe and comfortable.

Was in town for a wedding service was subpar at best broken floor trim causing a cutting hazzard. Never had towels replaced in room. Had to go to the front desk every time.

It was decent. Clean except a couple bottles left in the freezer. I saw no bugs. Everything worked. I never went to breakfast though. If you bring your game, you're gonna need headphones. You can't adjust the volume on the tv when you switch inputs.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It is in a convenient location. It isn't luxurious, but it is very nice and well kept and dependably good. We like the value for the money and it's dog friendly. I'm sure we'll be back again.

Stayed for two days to participate in a bodybuilding competition in Arlington. Chose this location for the cost and the full kitchen units. Awesome staff, nice amenities and very clean. Would recommend and will stay here again 😀

Caho and Joyce were outstanding serving breakfast. Very friendly, helpful and efficient.

These rooms are great! Kitchen with microwave, large fridge, stove, dishwasher, couch and coffee table, dining table. Very happy and comfortable with this hotel!

It’s a nice hotel to being stayed.

Human feces on both sides of the bathroom door handle. Was told housekeeping was unavailable and received no help beyond being handed bleach wipes. Was told they did have another, presumably feces-free room, but it was unavailable since I booked through Expedia.

Security for vehicles.

It exceeded expectations for the price. Great place for staying while on a business trip.

The staff were all amazing! We appreciate friendly service.

It’s a nice hotel and I will consider longer staying there for several times during the stay in Dallas.

Great expect yapping dogs

Eveyrthing was great, stayed on 2nd floor, bed was comfortable, couch wore out. No problems really, just the yapping pups at the end of the Hall.
