My favorite hotel in Bedford, hot breakfast, pool, basketball court, kitchenette, very clean, smiling faces behind the desk. I literally take trips to Bedford just for the comfy stay.

My room was cancelled even though we showed up to our hotel and then they said the reservation was non refundable since we arrived late but I wasn’t aware that we had to arrive on time to check in

Genuinely the single best budget-friendly experience we’ve had since Covid. Saw some reviews put down the smell, comfort, and location. Some of that I can see somewhat but this truly was the first time in years that what our budget could afford was a place that went the extra mile in making you feel luxurious in small and effective ways. Breakfast, rooms, amenities, and the staff BIG time all made for one of my family’s favorite stay. We will be back.

Booked online for a King Suite was given a Queen bed. The room stunk. The remote in the bedroom didn't work and the remote in the living room work and then it would stop working. I will not stay at this property again.

Good place for family vacation.!

The room was nice however it did not have enough bath towels and we went to ask for more and they didn’t want to give us any . We had gotten a two bedroom room that fit 8 people and we o my had 4 towels Thank one night we came back to hotel after a concert and it was midnight and us and two other families were trying to get in through the front entrance and they didn’t want to open the door for us even though we showed them our key and made us go all the way around to side entrance Lobby smelled like sweat and nasty as well

So when i was reading reviews i was a little hesitant, but there were more good reviews then bad so i figured for the price it would be fine. Check in was fine, walked in the room and it was okay... till i looked at the matresses. There were a couple black spots and all i could think bed bugs. But looked all over and didnt see anything else so i figured we were okay. Went to the bathroom and seen all kinds of dust and nastiness on the door. Okay i can live with that for one night. Went to take a shower had to rinse it out. The worst part though... we got back to the hotel about 1240ish, tried to go in the front the 2nd doors wouldnt open, we had someone trying to let us in but the door would not open. There is a sign that says use room key or intercom. But there is no place to use card and no intercom. There was a phone so we picked it up to see what they say, all while our friend was argueing with the lady to let us in. She says they have to go around. If thats the case they need to mention that at check in. Had i been alone or just me and my daughter, i would have flipped. But also how much of a fire hazard is that? Overall for the price and one night it was okay. But pretty sure we wont be back. For them being a hilton pretty disappointing.

Many issues all taken up with the front desk and all not resolved. 1. Prepaid 2-bdr suite not available. Had to split our family of 7 across two rooms - on separate halls. 2. Allotted 2 towels. When requesting more towels, was told that none were available in the hotel. 3. No bed linens for pull out couches - was told that they must have been stolen. 4. No pool towels. 5. Personally puchased 6 towels from Costco - front desk pleaded that we not use them, because cleaning staff would take them when rooms were cleaned. Staff promised we would have sufficient towels. 6. Rooms never cleaned nor linens replenished over 5 days - towels never replaced. 7. Sign posted that hotel would refund the night's stay if issues were not resolved. Issues never resolved. No refund offered. Spoke with other guests at the hotel. They all identified similar problems with towels. When dealing with front desk - next morning was told of course they have towels, they just don't hand out a bunch to people. On arrival, front desk identified that hotel doesn't have connecting doors as all rooms are suites. I loved everything but the staff never had clean towels. We stayed a weekend an each time I walked past the desk another guest was complaining about it. It was hot, an a lot of folks was swimming so I understand I will stay there again and highly recommend

When we arrived the woman at the front desk did not greet us and was not friendly at all. We asked for towels on the second day and waited hours for clean towels. When the towels were finally provided they only gave 2 and we were a party of 4. Our kitchen had tiny bugs and we thought maybe it was due to being in Texas. But it was really roaches. The roaches were in the cabinets and in the dish washer. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
