I would give my stay a 4 out of 5 rating. The staff was pleasant, rooms were clean, bed was beyond comfortable including the pillows. There was just a few things that made me take off a point. One thing was although my room was clean there was rust around the shower pipe. The second issue was I had a room with a balcony/patio and I couldn’t get the door open. I wasn’t too concerned because the weather was actually a bit cooler than expected so I didn’t raise complaint with management. My final issue was there were side doors you could use instead of the main entrance that required your room key to open. Well the door by my room although super convenient was broken so you could get in without your room key.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was so polite and helpful. My visit was not one of pleasure and the dtaff helped make the visit a little more pleasant in an otherwise uncomfortable reason for my stay. Thank you so much and i would def stay here again.

Worst hotel experience in a long time. Dirty room with no soap, Kleenexes, and it smelled terrible and wet. Front desk staff was atrocious and rude and not helpful. All three front desk women I dealt with were AWFUL. I spend a lot of money at Hiltons but will never return to this one.

Front desk staff was friendly. But couldn't get staff in the dining room. Ended up eating elsewhere.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The Wi-Fi was strong. The airport shuttle. The hotel offered was excellent. Shantrel was wonderful and had excellent customer service skills.

Great location! Very convenient to the airport. They have a shuttle and allow parking there for $15 a day. Not bad, made our trip easier!

We stayed here for 1 reason - the proximity to the airport. If you’re staying here to go to the airport, it’s perfect. Just exit out door 3 and walk through the big parking garage (where the rental cars are) it’s a straight shot (7 or so minutes to the hotel) Pros of the hotel: 1. Access to the airport 2. Beds& pillows were comfortable 3. Serves its purpose Cons of the hotel: 1. Really nowhere to walk to (we walked to BJs brewery and restaurant but there’s no sidewalk so we basically walked down the middle of a median for 2.5 miles). So you’re basically stuck using Uber/Lyft for anything 2. Room had a slight musty smell upon entry but that might’ve been due to the A/C unit needing to kick in/massive humidity 3. Some parts of hotel are a bit dated/needing repair Overall - would I stay here again? -yes if needing to be close to airport -no if I wanted to be able to walk to stuff

This property is extremely old and dated. It felt like it was from the 60s. They had a terrible smell into the wings in the rooms were really outdated and not clean.

The hotel location was perfect for my early flight and the transportation to the airport was easy. Check in was friendly and helpful. The rooms are only partially renovated. It was kind of strange for nice bedding and other things in the room were nice, but other things were very old and worn. Like the drapes, Why are there huge old drapes that cover the A/C? The room cannot cool unless you leave the drapes open.

We stayed 1 night at the hotel for our early flight departure. Great location! It worked out perfectly for us.

After an extremely long day of travel, I opted to rent a room at this hotel. Upon entering the room though, I was met with this powerful musty smell. I tried to brush it off and not let it get to me, but it was so strong that it ended up affecting my sleep. Considering the amount I paid for the room, the least I expected was to be able to rest comfortably. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The condition of the room didn't allow me to have the relaxing break I had hoped for. It's really disappointing when you're looking forward to some comfort after a long journey, and you're met with such an unpleasant situation.

Check-in was quick. Welcome cookie was appreciated. Room was nice. No TV remote, but we got n late, so not worth bothering about. Good overnight stay near the airport.

Perfect place to rest at JAX. Friendly staff. Excellent transportation. I didn't have to wait long to be picked up by the shuttle at the airport. Check in was quick and easy.

24 hour shuttle from hotel to departure drop off. Five minute walk from rental car drop off to hotel. Reasonable rate. Doesn't get much better than this!
