Staff were so helpful. No complaints at all. Room was comfy and shower was hot. Chilled wine glasses and microwave, plus plates and utensils made for a pleasant stay.

The carpet was stained. Squished bugs on ceiling and walls. The seats were so disgusting we would not even put a bag on them. The bed was sunken and you could feel every spring. Dude with loud engine doing ‘deliveries’ all night. This was terrible and so not worth the money.

The room was clean but very much in need of complete renovation and modernisation! Ok for a one night stop over but thats all. Albany is amazing with plenty to do and see, costal views that take your breath away!

checking in was easy, the receptionest was really nice ( sorry forgot her name ) we had a standard room and was suitable for our needs and very clean.if i had to pick a negative for me it was having a top sheet on top of the doona, although i believe this is the in thing now, to me it is quicker, easier & cooler to just to remove the doona and leave the top sheet on, but everyone is different. so not a big deal.

The room was neat and tidy. However the air conditioner was noisy and a bit too cold. The pillows are hard. The sheets in my opinion had too much starch in because every turned over in bed all you heard were the sheets.

Check in is easy and quick. Staff is polite. But the room is a bit old and worn out esp the toilet. Items to be charged in the minibar don’t match the actual items e.g. mineral water, chips on the list but bottled spring water and snack rings were put on the table. I didn’t aware and mistakenly open the spring water bottle and had to pay $2.5. Overall speaking, the location is good and nice to stay 1-2 nights on the trip

Comfortable stay, my room was clean and tidy. The only thing I can complain about is the cleaning ladies were extremely loud talking and laughing outside my room and in the laundry which was right next door to my room. Other than that, it was great. 😊

We liked the peace and quiet even though the hotel is situated on a busy road, and there is a cycle path connecting you to city centre.

The room was clean and OK. The hotel is old and in need of an update. The staff were welcoming and friendly. A short drive to the downtown area.

Good accommodation for the price. Only fault was the after hours reception. Unhelpful and slow.

Good location and a 20 min walk to town to shop and visit some pubs. Rooms clean and tidy and the top side rooms have a good view across to the North/East.

we stay here almost every week when we drive into Albany

Power was turned off 2 hours prior to paid checkout time. We realise this was out of property’s control but this information was not disclosed until after checkin and payment for the stay was complete and only provided via a note left on the bed, information not disclosed at time of checkin via reception and only discovered much later in the evening as on arrival bags only dropped off into room so we could attend to other business. Very inconvenient to set early morning alarm after a full day of travel and preparation for family funeral just to ensure a shower and preparation for the day. If we had been made aware of the scheduled power outage, given the purpose of our booking accommodation, we would have booked elsewhere.

I liked the big rocks around the area that was at the back where we were staying pretty awesome an on the balcony the town looked awesome at night time thank you for having us

This is the second time iv stayed here, The only thing that was a little inconvenient was I booked 2 rooms got them next door to each other 1 had a smart TV the other didn’t I’d recommend smart TV’s in all rooms but apart from that stay was good.

Close to everything

we come into Albany from out of town and find using this motel is both convenient and budget friendly for our weekly or fortnightly trips.

Overall a pleasant stay but the hairdryer is a little old, took a long time to dry mine and my 2 daughters' long hair.

Covenient locatio

It is basic accomodation. Clean and convenient ,location. Only thing was the air cond as it keeps cutting in and out and loud noises. Generally it provides well.

Paint peeling off the ceiling in parts of the room but thevroom was neat and clean

Expedia staff took my $313.12 as a bond last week without any explanation and I’m still waiting to get back my money. I was too embarrassed and spent couple of hours to figure it out during my trip and it made me upset about Expedia. I hope to get back my money as soon as possible.
