The two rooms we had the carpets were old and dirty, That TV hardly ever work due to internet issues.

Seemed to be under staff throughout our stay.. the bed in our room was broken
Call house keeping twice and they never sent anyone to look at it ..
Check in took over an hour ( under staffed)

Great location for our trip. Beds were comfy, great water pressure in the shower. The only negative thing is the lighting in the room is not the best. We will be staying again.

Room was larger than expected but some areas that got skipped in cleaning. Aslo backed up to elevator shaft so we heard machinery all night. Also booked at Paris but really was at the Horseshoe

We were in the side of the building but also had a great view . This place is huge with plenty to do and let your hair down. Beautifully decor all thru the hotel. It offers Eating, relaxing, play in the casino , and plenty of shopping. My favorite was the restaurants in the hotel and others not far. I ate 3 times next store ALLEZZia restaurant . No noise from other rooms . VERY COMFORTABLE!!

It was a beautiful hotel. Great location in the center of the strip. Beds were comfortable and you could adjust the temperature in your room which I like. However, there was no coffee maker in the room so you had to go downstairs and stand in a long line to get one, there was no hand soap at the sink, and when we first got there, our first experience was an employee yelling at us that we could not sit somewhere. She offered no alternatives of where to sit (spoiler—there is no places to sit) or where we could store our luggage for 40 minutes before we could check in. I know it is typical to not have a lot of seating in Vegas hotels, but when I say there is no where to sit in the lobby, down the restaurant walkway—I mean no where. If you are not exactly on time, you have to stand or sit on the floor. The windows were a bit dirty.

Average room that was a bit overpriced. Found a large chunk of someone’s fake nails and bottle of non-hotel hair product on the floor near the sink. Didn’t provide me with a lot of confidence in the cleanliness of the room.
The location is the only thing that I really appreciated.

It was great.
Hotel located at the center of it all!
You could very well get everything you need without leaving it the hotel- though that’ll come at a steep price.
My only con is the check in process. Despite having used their online express check in ahead of time for arrival at a11.30pm, also upon getting to the hotel used their mobile kiosk to check in given the long line, I still had to go on the line to check- in. Imagine getting to the hotel tired at 11.30pm and finally able to get my room assigned at past 2am…

Lovely hotel
Very busy

The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, making it difficult to use. The water pressure on the 27th floor was very poor, and it was hard to get sufficient water during a shower. Overall, it felt like everything was overly focused on making money rather than providing quality service.

Great stay! Clean room.

Awesome upgrade from 2 rooms to a 2 room suite- amazing experience, unfortunately it was only a night due to changed travel arrangements.

Was ok, they allow pets for under 100 and it’s centrally located. Bee was whatever but the french restaurant mon ami gabi is top 5 for me on the strip, nobu also now has a way less busy location inside here.

It was confusing to check in through the kiosks. No instructions on what to do or how to get your key after you check in so we stood in line to check in to get our key.
There is a small note sitting on top of the large "mini bar" display that says you'll be charged for any item that is lifted off of the tray. That's a ridiculous thing to do and should be explained upon checkin.

Love this hotel best place to stay in Vegas for a reasonable price.

Paris is centrally located on the strip which made it super convenient to walk everywhere and easy to get to places. The staff were nice the only thing is I wished the pool was open especially since I’m paying a resort fee

Check in was awful. It was suppose to be at 3:00pm, we didn’t get to check in until after 5:00pm.

I have been in Vegas multiple times, first time at Paris.
I was a bit disappointed overall. Room was a bit dated and it was short on towels and pillows when we arrived.
Parking was confusing - you enter the parking lot and get a ticket. There is no connection with your stay and there are stations to pay parking, so I thought you just paid for parking independently. When I was checking out online, I saw the hotel automatically charged me for parking. How did they know I had a car? I never indicated that anywhere. And how do I get out of the parking lot with the ticket I got when I entered without paying at the station? There was no way to connect the ticket to my room at the station either, so should I pay twice for parking?.. That was a bit confusing, so I had to stay on a huge customer service line to be told that I could get out of the parking lot with the room key and just throw away the ticket. I found this very confusing…
Also, they say WiFi is free but I was charged $15 because more than one device was connected. That was annoying…
I wouldn’t stay at Paris next time…

No coffee maker or water provided in room or hotel. Fitness center closes at 6pm. Pool closed for the winter. Hallway on 23rd floor smelled like vomit. I would not stay again.

The windows were so thin that it sounded like the entire Vegas strip was inside our room. There was literally a mariachi band playing outside until after 1:00 am each night. Our room was 5519. Other family members were on the other side of the hall and it was silent. Don’t get an outside facing hotel room at Paris if you want to sleep at all!

Yes, Paris, Las Vegas is beautiful and extremely well-done in every way. However, it is just too popular! It took over an hour to check in on Thanksgiving Day which we assumed was due to workers being home with their families. We come to find out that it is because they overbooked. They asked if they could upgrade us to a King Suite instead of a 2 Queen room ( we are 2 adults, 2 teens) and we said sure. We get to the room and there is no sleeper-sofa, no couch even, just a love seat. They did send up an extra bed but that still left 1 teen without a bed!

Decent hotel
Be careful with security lock, despite of having key our room got locked from inside due to malfunction of security lock
We had to call front desk, security n finally they call engineering team who unlocked room
It wasted one hour of our time

An hour to check in! Lady was not welcoming me to Paris Hotel and Casino. I didn’t feel welcomed at all during check in. Then there was low water pressure in the shower waiting 4 hours for maintenance to come up to my room. Had to wait to shower until they were ready to help. Finally my last night at the hotel I had to call security on my neighbors because they were making so much noise at 1am! I couldn’t sleep! Terrible experience!

Rooms are deteriorating. All baseboards were scratched, dented. Paint job needed asap. Carpet in room and hallway were stained and very old. We stayed in a two bedroom. It had small mini storage to hang clothes. We paid extra for the view. It was nice.
On top of the nightly hotel fee you’re then charged with a nightly resort fee.

pathetic stay . The room "Bordeaux tower" pictures on this websites are wrong . Could barely see the fountain . Don't fall for this gimmick of fountain view . the room is very small . No place to sit . Just one chair

The location is great. We were on the 8th floor with a view of the fountains, though some obstructions from other buildings. It was good. Not amazing, but nothing to complain about. The price was reasonable. The outside and the lobby are beautiful, restaurants decor also. We had breakfast at Mon Ami Gabi and that was great, especially our wonderful waiter Pierre. It was nice to have CVS next door for snacks and other small purchases. Would stay again.

The room was below average and far from what I expected. It smelled dusty, the TV didn’t work, some lights were out, and there were other issues. This used to be a good hotel years ago, but now it clearly shows signs of decline.
Improvements are needed in both the rooms and the check-in process.

We have stayed here for the past 5 years yearly for a convention we go to every year. Next year we will probably be staying elsewhere. The pillows are really old and very uncomfortable. Could not get the room to get cooler to sleep comfortably, The shower did not work properly with very few water pressure. We got charged for WiFi additionally from the resort fee.

Check-in was terrible, hundred+ people waiting at lobby to check in…. as bad as the line at airport. Hotel management should have foreseen this and hire more employees to handle this.

Hugeee lines and disgusting registration staff

Some of the workers when asked for a simple question on where the washroom was etc. I'd get some unfriendly manners from the staff. Makes it uncomfortable for the guest. Also, it wouldn't hurt to put the price on items in the stores, restaurants and bars. More than half the time I'm having to ask for the prices.

Check in and check out line is way to long, need to have more reps at counter

I paid for a corner room with a king bed and didn’t get either. The room had two queens with an alley view. They couldn’t move me to the room I paid for. This was for my girlfriends birthday, not happy about the service
