I was very dissapointed how run down this establishment was, its like they dont care how worn things are as long as they sort of work okay. bathroom door in our room was damaged and wouldnt shut , handle was half on . Everything just felt very dirty even if appeared clean and neat.

Would stay again if options were minimal to choose at last minute. The price at the last minute helped my decision. Gentleman at counter very courteous and professional. Room was clean, bathroom clean excluding possibly food stuck on wall near tub. Beds were decent, linens were clean all enough for a good nights rest.

Only bad point is : key card get crashed due to mobile network. I told staff its software glitch which needs to be fixed… Overall Excellent experience..4.8 ratings from me.

Dated and not well maintained

Hotel is very dated. Our room had a cigarette smell to it and a stains on the chair and carpet. Room phone was not even hooked up to anything. They pipe a terrible powder smell into the lobby that gives me an instant headache. The sink faucet was wobbling all over not secured. Pool was under construction. Breakfast was minimal. Will never stay here again.

The barhroom cleanliness was terrible with stained caulking around toilet . Another room waa given with less stains on the toilet caulking and black mold in the shower The room smelled stale . I had to request air freshner and vacuum I was reseeved a Handicapped room that I did not request. The rooms were in the process of being cleaned upon our arrival which provoked a thought that maybe the room was not cleaned properly.

Room smelled and was iron was dirty and rusted and left stain on my clothes.

It advertises rhere is a pool and hottub, the hottub is filled in and pool wasnt filled. So very disappointing....

It was a convenient location for us. The pool being remodeled. Noisy upstairs neighbors. Our keys failed the second day on during our 2 day stay. The breakfast had little selection. Coffee, milk, juice, 3 cereals, toasting bread, mini bagels, NOTHING else. We had a fire alarm for burnt popcorn. The staff was very helpful.

Older hotel needing more renovation. Beds, linens comfy and clean. Lobby, small dining area recently redone. Our card reader on our door wasn't always working properly, requiring us to either get our room cards reprogramed or just new cards on a daily basis (sometimes more than once)-and we made sure to keep thema way from magnets or our phones. Fan in our bathroom didn't work, made taking showers very misty and it always had a musty smell. Pictures of rooms don't show how much wear and tear there really is still. They advertise breakfast but is continental breakfast, at best: cold cereal, milk, juice and mini bagels or bread. Location pretty good for what we needed. Staff were incredibly helpful, kind and apologetic they didn't have an empty room with a working cardreader to move us to. I give staff 5 stars!

The room was decent. We did have issues with ants being in our room, the front desk lady was exceptionally sweet. The morning breakfast consisted of bagels, toast, or cereal, & the milk was gone both times we went down. Overall, it was a decent stay as we just needed a place to sleep at night. Beds were comfortable.

Found ants crawling all over the AC unit when first checked in the room. I asked to be moved to a different room, but there were none available for the night. The person at the front desk did apologize and was friendly though.

We booked this property through Expedia. We arrived from out of state late in the evening and found that Expedia overbooked our room and they didn’t have one available. Mia was finally able to reach her supervisor after about 15-20 minutes to ask to upgrade the room to a double king. Thank you, Mia. The only issue was it took about a half hour to settle everything. Unfortunately, the room smelled of smoke and there were several floor stains but it was almost midnight so we didn’t complain. Overall, though, it was quiet and reasonable.

pleasant Quiet and clean hotel , With very pleasant service, and the lady from the reception named Mia is a nice person with great professionalism and good contact, a nice smile and great kindness, she helped us a lot with check-in, also giving us a lot of information about the area

Booked 2 rooms and they said they only had one. Was threaten to have the police called on me for asking for a resolution. Will never do business with them again!
