This is hands down the best location you could ever hope for, directly next to the Seine river and within walking distance to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the subway lines, and much much more.
We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the rooms were - we booked the apartment with a living room (fold out couch) and bedroom for our family of 4, and it was more than enough space for all of us to sprawl out. Having a split bathroom meant people could take a shower and also use the bathroom at the same time without having to wait.
Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the lobby at all times was amazing, and the water infused with mint and lemon was so yummy! They even had a plate of chocolate croissants set out one afternoon.
The front desk staff are incredible. This is now our go-to spot for Paris.

The property was very lovely and every person we encountered on staff was very friendly. Great location with easy and quick access to many great areas and public transportation.

We had a perfect stay at Citadine St Germain. The location is amazing, close to coll shops, restaurants and walking distance from the Louvre, Jardin de Luxembourg and Tulerie Gardens. Would certainly come back and stay again at Citadines!

Nice hotel. Fantastic location, central to key sites. Next to the river and Notre Dame. Good staff. Clean rooms, a bit dated but everything was functional including AC. A little kitchenet was nice to have. Only downside is that they do not clean room daily, only at check in. So no freshening of room. Fresh towels were available in the lobby every day.

It's in Paris, on the Left Bank of the Seine. The apartment was clean, they do not have face cloths but plenty of bath and hand towels. Basics were provided, ie soap, toilet paper, and the kitchen was stocked with cutlery, cookware, glasses and china, dish soap, sponge, dish towels, trash bags and dust pan/brush. Also had a dishwasher, microwave and electric coffee pot. We bought whatever else we needed ie paper towels, food, etc. There are small grocery stores nearby and also larger ones. Some souvenir stands carry water & other staples. The staff were helpful, the front desk and consierge were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The in-hotel breakfast is self-serve, but not complimentary, with plenty of options from eggs to cereal and croissant, of course. All very fresh.

I stayed a few nights for the Olympics. The location was in a great area. Cafes, bars, and restaurants were all within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Several landmarks were also within walking distance.

This hotel is very well placed and now renovated. The staff are absolutely amazing from reception to the cleaning staff. Coffee before you go anywhere is a super perk. You are right by the pont neuf. Very romantic for couples. It is also situated right by a river cruise and a lot of shopping. I have been coming to this hotel for over 20 years and they are absolutely amazing.

Good location for tourist attractions and restaurants. Room was big and clean, however the shower was not amazing. Good security as you could only enter the hotel by using your card. Laundry service was handy. Free coffee available but because cleaning is not everyday there is a towel room for you take clean ones. Nice seating area in lobby

Despite pre-Olympics tight security, I was able to cross several bridges on the Seine. The location is the best, close to Latin Quarter and to the Louvre. I strolled around the Hotel as if I were a resident of Paris!

Fantastic location! Everything is walkable and there is a train station 5 mins walk away. Staff were very kind and helpful. We had an amazing stay! :-)

The hotel location is great, close to everything, although I purchased a metro pass , I ended up walking to many places to explore Paris more. Love the area and there are plenty of restaurants, cafe, creperie and shops around the hotel.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, specially Zakaria who went the extra mile to help us whenever needed. My trip was amazing and part of this was because of the hotel.
Rooms might need a bit of upgrade but for the size of the room , location and facilities, I was very happy as I hate small places. We usually travel with a lot of luggage so space is needed. Also having a kitchen was really great as it allowed us to have a healthy snack during the day.
AC was working perfectly. The hotel offered free coffee at the reception and there is a water dispenser too. Highly recommended!

Perfect location in the lovely Saint Germain. The lobby is nice, the room was spacious for our family of 4. Little kitchen, sofa bed for the kids and one bedroom for us. They definitely need to update the carpets and improve a little the cleanliness. Overall we were satisfied, don’t expect any luxury, just a well located simple apartment.

Our room was in need of a serious renovation. The door of the closet did not open and was chipped, like the rest of the furniture. The room was also very tiny and extremely expensive for the quality offered. Very disappointing !

I have stayed at this location before. This time was for a week. It has many pluses and a few minuses
1. It's a great location for all things food, groceries, cafes etc.
2. On location washer and dryers
3. Kitchenettes so you can do some cooking if you like
The minuses
1. Our room was very tired.
2. Older seams split carpeting,
3. Door to bathroom dragged on the floor
4. Our air-conditioner would not stay on and it was very hot in our room. Plus side they did give us a fan so at least the air moved
5. The breakfast is not worth the money. Walk to one of the many nearby cafes and for the same price have a better breakfast

Stayed 4 nights with family. Great hotel right across seine river and tons of shops grocery, bakery and restaurants within 5 minutes walk . The Louver is just 10 minutes walk . Public transportation metro is close by
We could see Eiffel Tower from our room and a few other land marks . 24 hour coffee was convenient .
The hotel staff was awesome they were very responsive
And helpful.
Overall a great experience . I recommend this hotel in Paris.

Location is perfect.
Lobby is clean and very nice.
Our room in tower 2 was very dated and not in great repair. Keep in mind that the room is not historic so I'm not referencing old. Its not well kept up. Mildew in the shower, broken parts in the shelving beside the bed. My daughter cut her arm on the broken melamine reaching or the light switch.
Overall it was clean and comfortable, and I would stay again. Just don't go in expecting Ritz Carleton levels. Lol (i generally do stay at the Ritz so take my review with that in mind)

I travel 6 months of the year. On many occasions I arrive prior to the anointed check in time I can still get a room.
Not at Citadines. They are sticklers. Rooms aren’t available at 2:40pm but miraculously they become available at 3.
I was there 3 days and I witnessed the same thing. With customers being told Come back at 3. Checkin is “from” 3 pm. For me that means my room will definitely be available at 3 not only available after 3.
And on a couple of occasions the reception staff were rude about it.

Our stay was alright here, the lobby is really the best part of the entire place. When we entered the room, the carpet smelt like it was very old or had not been cleaned in awhile. Come to find out, I think it was from sitting water. The ceiling was leaking in our room and continued through the entire night. The front desk apologized to us, but did nothing to compensate or move us.

Perfect location for sightseeing, we parked the car at the hotel garage (not recommended for oversized cars) and went everywhere on foot. The staff was amazingly kind and even allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is very spacious, the coach in the living room opens to a full sized bed, comfortable enough for adults/teenagers too. Small kitchen is well equipped although we mostly ate out. Possibility to book breakfast but we just popped out to the bakeries around the corner (our favourite was the Liberté bakery) and grabbed coffee from the machine in the lobby. Dog friendly hotel with acceptable nightly rate for the dog. There's no daily servicing of the room but we normally never use that anyway. You can still excange your towels if needed.
For us everything about our stay has been amazing, would definitely return.

However it is all lost with Absolutely the worst mattresses in years at a hotel I have stayed that cheap and old needs to be replaced immediately has management never heard of memory foam. It’s actually inexpensive
