This choice for a hotel was completely enjoyable and reasonably priced. The room had no issues at all. The room itself was newly refurbished and it felt very modern. We would definitely stay here again. The gentleman staff at checkin and checkout were highly professional and courteous. Though the weather did not permit us to use the pool, the pool area was clean and the pool itself was clear and well maintained.

This was a non smoking room. It smelled like cigarettes upon entering, because we got in so late we didn’t want to move again. They added an additional 100 fee upon check in . My daughter ended up getting sick on the sheets she had multiple bites that we are hoping are not bedbugs . I asked the manager for cleaning supply which she brought to my door and decided from that point she wasn’t going to give us the deposit because when we checked out the code they use to release the deposit was locked from the day before. They tried to use the smell of marijuana as the reason when I have my kid in there I would never smoke in the room . We asked them the night we checked in if they had a designated smoking area which they did and we used. The room did not smell like weed upon checking out. They didn’t have a real reason they couldn’t give us back our cash deposit nor did the manager note anything while she was on the property when handing me cleaning supplies to fix the issues so that we would be able to get our deposit back . They only use the weed issue because my husband is black and they are more disturbed at seeing a black and Indian couple rather than the nasty cigarette smell that carries throughout the front desk area by staff and in the rooms

The property is well kept and the service is onpoint. It is great for short and long term stay. I will recommend this hotel to my family and coworkers. Its also family friendly. The pool is clean and inviting too. You will be amazed when you arrive, in a good way.

I had a great time this was the third year in a row I stay there. I go to Florida every July will be going next year and staying there again

Property manager lady was very unprofessional very unkind very disrespectful. Wanted to keep my hundred dollar deposit because it was to her convenience. I must say they do have two very kind people that work there the young gentleman that was in the front desk and a lady by the name of Frankie, which I believe she should be the property manager.

Our stay was very good. Room was very clean when we arrived. Staff were very nice and polite. Beds and pillows were very good.

Very nice looked recently remodeled, the price was affordable, staff were nice and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good with good selection.

All staff were very polite and helpful! I will stay again when in the area.

Very quiet, clean, polite staff. Close to Disney and just far enough deom the hustle and bustle of a major road. Highly recommended for that price point.

Felt like it was in a bit of the seedy part of the town. Price was right, for sure a lot cleaner than i thought it was going to be. Super cold ac and comfortable beds. Just the right amount of accessories needed to cleanup and be comfy. Hope my truck is not damaged when i wake up.

This place was good overall, seems to be a recently renovated hotel and they did good! Our room had everything we needed and it looked newer. The beds were hard and so were the pillows, but we still rest. The surroundings were maintained clean and the lady (Frankie) that assisted us during check in was superb!

Our stay here at SureStay was clean and quiet, linens were nice too-comfortable and fresh. Thanks to whomever manages this place. The staff was excellent snd helpful. It’s not upscale by any stretch but it is very well cared for. I was comfortable here.

Cleanliness of the room

My wife and I arrived at 10:00 PM. There were so many vagrants loitering in the parking lot that we drove away even though we prepaid for a room. The $20. pet fee had been attractive; for safety we drove to Clermont where we paid a $75. pet fee and slept soundly.

Hotel was new, fresh, clean, convenient, inexpensive....

The evening check-in lady, Fannie was absolutely fabulous!!! 5* WELL WORTH the salary she SHOULD BE RECEIVING. Keep in mind, I’ve never met her in my life until check-in and she just blew me away!! “Well worth the price of admission” as they say. The most egregious aspect I discovered, is this motel won’t clean your room once unless staying 3 days!!!

Clean hotel with a nice breakfast. Jay at check-in was very helpful. Good value for the money.
