We had a great three night stay. Easy walking to centre and lots of places nearby. Breakfast was excellent and friendly and attentive staff. Bed was very comfortable and whilst room perhaps slightly dated, it was absolutely fine with working air conditioning and good sound proofing. Good value and would definitely stay again if visiting Prague.

The beds could use an upgrade but otherwise it was great. Beautiful marble bathrooms with spacious tubs, unbeatable location while still being quiet, solid breakfast buffet, very professional front desk staff.

We had originally booked at alternative hotel which turned out to be awful. Thankfully we booked same day for remainder of stay at Art Noveau. It was lovely and rescued the enjoyment of our stay in Prague. Staff attentive, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, lush extras.

The property is old style right near the center of the city. 5 minutes walk from the city square. Convenient for first time visitors and those wanting to be in the heart of the city.

Great service; regardless it is front desk, breakfast buffet, bar or house cleaning. For a specific example and to name one person, Stepa'nwa one of the hostesses for the breakfast buffet greeted me every time I walk in and say goodbye when I left. She always drops by my table to make sure that I have a wonderful breakfast. I want to congratulate the Art Nouveau Hotel for having such dedicated employees. To the staff at the Art Nouveau Hotel, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your hospitality. I have a wonderful time, and I will come back to the Art Nouveau Palace hotel when I visit Prague again. I also have no reservation recommend the Art Nouveau Palace hotel to anyone who wanted to visit Prague.

It was a great stay , Hotel is very beautiful just like the pictures , we got upgraded on arrival to the next type of room and we also received a bottle of sparkling in our room which made our stay even better . Service was very good, very clean and breakfast had different options , overall we had a great time. Thank you Art Nouveau Palace Hotel, we loved it!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We were upgraded and the room was very large with a big bathroom with separate shower and tub and double sinks. Huge breakfast spread. Staff was very pleasant. Nothing but nice things to say. Would gladly stay here again.

Not even a three-star experience; front desk too busy to help us figure out anything around town- everyone seems to be so tired and not wanting to interact with guests. Hotel is old. Rooms are old. TV cables hanging down from the set. Breakfast staff and luggage attendants were awesome. Prague is such a beautiful city- the stay took a bit of the sparkle out of our visit.
