The tv was out dated, the bathroom shower was missing a shower curtain and the door was missing a part of the locking mechanism. We just wanted to go and rest for the night after a long day of shopping and running around.

It was a clean hotel, had many restaurants on site, staff service was the best I ever had. Cons was parking was $80 on site and had issues signing into wifi. The check in process took 30min as well.

Parking on premises is a rip off at $80 a day. Hotel check in was smooth, rooftop restaurant was really good, staff were friendly. Rooms were little dated but good view made it up.

Upon arrival we were fortunate to receive a room upgrade which was appreciated. The room was spacious and very clean. There was absolutely no noise during the night like other hotels considering we were next to the elevator. We will definitely be staying here again.

The room we got wasn’t the one picture on the website. We payed for a view of the Canadian falls and only had one window. The picture on the website showed windows on 2 corners of the room. The air cond was very loud as were the doors when they closed. Seemed to slam no matter how gentle you were so very noisy in hallway

Probably one of the best views of both American and Canadian falls. Make sure you book the proper room category. High floor is recommended. Breakfast not included, and quite expensive. Used the restaurant at floor 33. Got parking off-site, and had to use shuttle. This was $50 extra per night. Short walk to the falls. Nice and clean hotel, recommended.

The alarm clock went off at 6am. We had not set an alarm, but it must have been from the previous customer. The walls also seemed very thin. Could hear multiple conversations from other rooms.

Just returned from an excellent stay. Our room had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the falls- we could see both from our window. Would recommend room 4658 to others!

Wouldn't have picked this hotel if I didn't have to. Was there in Niagara for my kids hockey tournament. Two nights $700 plus. Parking was $50/night off-site and $80 onsite.

I was a bit upset I was not notified ahead of time that I would have to pay for parking. Paying $250 for a tiny room with a view of a wall plus an additional $50 for parking felt like gouging.
The fire alarm went off and it took somw time for the annunciation.
I would not book this hotel again unfortunately.

Fire alarm wake up at 330am. 30 minute check in and check out wait. Hilton Honors just walk in in front of you. If you're not a Hilton Honors dont even waste your time with this outdated hotel.
Also, who charges their guests $80 fpr underground parking? I pay less for valet in downtown Toronto.

This is the PERFECT place to stay when in Niagara Falls!!
Get a room with views of both falls and above the 30th floor (we were on 40).. nothing better !

The room was clean and spacious, and we had an amazing view of Niagara Falls. Parking costs $65 a night and $35 during the off season. In-room dining and hotel restaurants (including breakfast) are between $20 and $30 a plate plus drinks. So be prepared for extra costs.

Upon arrival to our king bed room. No hot water and had to relocate to a 2 queen bed room. Shower door would not stay closed and sink faucet would come off the base. Overall was clean but were told the room was recently updated which wasnt the case.
Heater / Air conditioner fan sounded like squirrels fighting while running.

Check in as extremely long. Digital check in was offered in multiple emails leading to check in but was unavailable or just not working. I booked a king Deb room and was told it was not available and was giving a 2 queen room. The pillows….migjt as well have been paper, the mattress had a void in the centre and was just super uncomfortable. The shower had zero water pressure unless you wanted to burn your skin off. There was a soaker tub that took 35 minutes to fill. The tv did not work and maintenance had to come fix it, and even after the cable box had to be restarted multiple times to get it to work.

Was very large but comfortable and in the perfect place for the concert we attended. The staff friendly and attentive and there to make things right if you weren’t happy. The room was clean, and a nice size. If there are any issues definitely alert the staff.

Our stay at the Hilton Fallsview was perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is lovely. There was a very long check-in line that moved incredibly fast which was impressive. The view of the Falls from our room was breathtaking. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

We received an upgrade to a room with an amazing view of the falls. Unfortunately, the hot water was iffy in the morning. We received a discount for the water issue but I would rather have had a hot shower first thing in the morning. Staff were terrific. Breakfast with the amazing view of the Falls was magnificent.

And the water in the room was $5 unless we were Hilton members.

I took my friend to your hotel for his birthday weekend and on our last night my friend went outside in the middle of the night to smoke and when he came back in a security guard stopped him and started yelling at him that he didn’t belong there. Front desk also was no help when he gave my name they told security to go to the room to wake me up to tell him he was with me. I have never in my life dealt with something like that he had his key card and we had been in and out all weekend. It would have been a great stay if this didn’t ruin our trip. Highly dissatisfied.
