It was ok. Not the price i qould have paid for. Wall outlets and lamp didnt work so it didn t allow me to plug my oxygen tank to sleep with. I had ro sleep on lumpy sofa that was moldy and dirty.

Room was dirty - trash was not taken out, towels and bug in bathtub. Elevator was dirty, gross, and musty. Trash piled up at the trash cans in hallway. Breakfast was just alright. Wouldn’t stay again.

Beds are super comfortable, the weighed down blanket felt amazing. Shower was everything i expected it to be.

I loved everything about my stay! My room was clean and I was surprised by how spacious it was. The staff was friendly and I felt safe staying in the hotel and in the area. I will definitely use this hotel again whenever I'm in the area in the future.

This is an outdated hotel with employees who do nothing special to make you feel welcome. Got 2 rooms and all room keys had to be re-keyed more than once so we could gain access to our rooms. We provide a card for billing when we arrived and ended up being charged over $100 on the card that was used simply for booking the room. We got 2 rooms, charged 2 incidental fees and only received 1 back. The 1 good thing was the free breakfast.

Avery was so nice. Had a smile the whole time we were checking in. Very welcoming. When my daughter and I asked for towells for the pool, there weren't any clean ones. She apologized, and went the extra mile and offered a couple clean floor towells instead. Great, great customer service!

We enjoyed our stay from the friendly staff to the cleanest of the hotel. The Continental breakfast was very good with opinions to choose from. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our stay was very nice. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly. The only complaint was that the pool was super small and our room had a torn up sofa. The location is really good. Restaurants super close and Galveston was only 35 min away. Will definitely stay here again.

Great overnight stay with the family while we visited NASA. Suite has separate space with kitchenette, sofa bed and TV which made it convenient to have our teenage son sleep in that zone while the rest of us took the bedroom area.

My husband and I had a great experience checking in and getting our room. The room was very nice and accommodated our needs nicely. We plan on staying at this hotel again for future bookings.

Our stay was enhanced as we figured out that we needed to upgrade our room. Expedia was extremely helpful in allowing us the opportunity to adjust rooms (and get the Suite-type we needed) based on our week long stay. Thank you so much for working with us!

Would not recommend. The second night of us staying there, there was a LARGE roach in our room. Room wasn’t very clean. We paid/booked for a king bed and they gave us a double queen bed. When I asked about it they told us “oh sorry there’s nothing we can do”. Also during swimming with the kids, there were adults arguing and threatening each other and no one was at the desk to help de-escalate. We had to just leave the pool. The only good thing was the breakfast.

the rooms were dirty and i eventually had to go buy some raid to spray in room around edges. make sure to shake out clothes before leaving - found bugs in mine from the dresser. booked through expedia and when i arrive she could not find the reservation and said i would have to get this resolved even after showing her the reservation. first room the air did not work or fridge or phone. .......
