Beautiful setting! Great food! The buffet was amazing! Rooms were really spacious and clean. Pool area very nice.

Incredible location and outdoor pool facilities. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Very comfortable rooms, but the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The only thing lacking was a bar to relax in during the evening.

Very friendly staff. Great Chinese restaurant. Great view - but located next to a tour bus parking lot. Rooms very small - not even a desk. No Bar at the property (5 Star) to have an after dinner drink, except outdoor pool bar.

The stunning scenery, comfort bed and friendly staff…. are all world class. However, the buffet and Chinese restaurant menu choices are limited. It would be better if they don’t provide bottled water.

Perfect nice mood hotel. But one reception manager was looked like the cold. No Smile, no friendly. Only that so I recommend this hotel so much.

Great location. The room is outdated. Toilet has slow drain that can cause overflow problem.

A very beautiful hotel with very scenic setting in a mountainous location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The check-in service person Quenny was wonderful! My wife left a backpack on the train to the hotel and she was extremely helpful in getting back it for us. This kind service is much appreciated!

Amazing roof top terrace and service Upon arrival they asked if we needed bus shuttle service from near train station. This was very welcomed but I lacked some information on where the bus leaves from. We managade to find another option however. The hotel is amazing!

Real place is not beautiful as photo. I didn't feel as expected. This hotel can only see some parts of Taroko national park. The view from room and from rooftop are a little view. I've been to a more beautiful place. The swimming pool and hot jaccuzzi pool are so dirty. We got itchy skin and infected after using it and have to see the doctor at the hospital. Blanket,pillow,cover sheet of bed are not clean. There're some dirty and hair of previous guest. The window in room is so dirty and not clear to see view outside, we have to ask housekeeper to change and clean it. Moreover, housekeeper forgot to put on mattress protectors on bed and my daughter told housekeeper that i slept in room and when i wake up we will call you to put on mattress protectors. In contrast, housekeeper always called to my room and rang the door for a long time for coming to put on mattress protectors, therefore I was very disturbed and didn't sleep. That's very bad service! Buffet breakfast and dinner are little choices and not delicious. There're a little choices for vegetarian and seafoods meal. Not worth the price that is very expensive.

Very considerate for the UserExperience staff to offer hiking poles for our hike at Zhuilu old trail.

Staying deeper in the park allows easy visiting to sites before and after the tour bus crowds leave. Had the Swallow’s Grotto to ourselves! The rooftop pool was also lovely.

This is more like a family hotel. 80% hotel gusts with little kids. Hotel service overall is excellent but without no choice to eat somewhere else you have to eat at hotel restaurant which need reservation ahead. Otherwise you have to have a very late dinner like us. Room is clean but both bed sheets with stains which is not good. Beds too close to window which not convenience to open the curtain and the other bed is against the bathroom window which can smell the oder from drain. Choose this hotel just want a very quite and relaxing stay but you have to deal with the kids no matter while you are eating or taking tour.
