Let me see where to begin, It was kinda disappointing to find out the gym in our tower had just 4 treadmills and nothing else. Although the next tower had a proper gym they would not let us use it and wanted to charge a per day fee. I would have never booked this hotel had I known that. Typical misrepresentation and I’m very disappointed and hope you guys can give some resolution. I tried to even ask or request a manager for help, and was uselsss. The rooms are also built for short people. Small beds and low ceilings. A lot of space on the property but strangely they need to renovate and maximize the space. Will never stay here again.

Very pleasant stay. Breakfast was a bit pricey but was our fault for not Including at time of booking. Well located to transit.

Beautiful gardens, great food, incredible hospitality. Loved club lounge cocktail hour!

The room had an odd food smell. We informed the staff and they changed the room.

Room was a little old, but view from the room was nice. I love the city view! Japanese garden is beautiful! The hotel is near shinagawa station and very convenient.

Lovely hotel. Maybe the furniture in the rooms need a bit of updating. But view from room was beautiful and staff were superb. Only disappointment is pool is not at the hotel its next door and expensive to use. Didnt spoil our stay

The front-desk staff is very friendly and helpful, as is the shuttle driver and the staff who assisted with a laundry request and a lightbulb issue in our bathroom. We loved our stay at the hotel. The onsite 7-Eleven is so convenient, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The room was large and clean. The hotel is close to Shinagawa Station, so it was nice to have a quiet place to stay after a long day in the busy city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we have the opportunity. Even with a 4-night stay, we didn't have time to try everything the hotel has to offer.
