I made a reservation about 2 weeks prior for 3 nights at this motel. I arrived after driving for 7 hours that day. It was 10:22 p.m. when I pulled into the office. All of the office lights were off and the door was locked. I called the number listed on the door, and a woman informed me that my reservation had been cancelled because I "didnt answer the phone." She said the office closed at 10:00p.m. They refused to let me book a room. They told me to call Expedia. It was a terrible experience. Ive traveled through 27 countries. Very few motels in any of those countries were unavailable at even odd hours, and this was the very first motel in 30 years I have encountered that closed the lobby at such a ridiculously early hour....especially when I had a reservation. Absolute laziness. There is no other excuse for such egregiously awful customer service. They were inconsiderate, rude, disorganized, and inflexible. They even had the audacity to insinuate it was my fault. I've had some bad experiences, including staying in an $8 motel in Southern Mexico that was converted from the local jail. This one, though, will stand on the podium all by itself for a long time. No excuses. F.

Clean and neat.

The room smelled of weed and cigarette smoke, the bath tub was dirty. The iron didn’t work. My clothes smelled like the room when i left.

BEWARE!!! This property is full of roaches!!! I was killing them before I went to sleep which I barely could and I was still killing them when I woke up before I left.

Our room need serious updating. There was no remote for the tv and when we arrived the only way we could turn it off was to unplug it. Went to the front desk and they gave me one but it didn’t work either. The shower tiles were stained gray so I chose not to use. Thank God it was for only one night.

This extended stay needs to remodeled Immediately! Dog pop everywhere Huge gap under the hotel door( you feel the coldness) I had to put two towels under door to keep air out. Tub dirty Shower head no shower No hot water The bathroom sink run real light and soft Barely took a wash up Have to go somewhere else to wash my body! Then they gave me the last room cause they did not have anything left for what I booked They gave me a double bed room with 3 pillows 1 rag 4 towels Dresser missing drawer and the other would not open !

It took 2hrs for me to finally get into a room. The first room had dead roaches and no heat. They insisted i sit in a cold room to see if it starts working. When it didn't work after 2 hours I was finally moved into a smaller room than what i reserved

We had a 3 night stay, but when we got there. Conditions of the room was very poor broken tv cabinets falling apart and bugs in bathroom we could not stay there. the hotel staff very understanding and gave us our money back but if the rest of the rooms were like the one we were put in, it should be shutdown and brought up to code.

The beds are uncomfortable, the curtains are smelly , the rooms had a very roach infestation, strange cars driving around at nights, police presence 😳 regularly. P Domestic violence.

General MGR ..discriminates black people. Hotel is nasty, towels and sheets disgusting. Water leaks in bathrooms. Room stinks of mold and mildew. Neighbors are recklessly loud. Doggy daycare in the parking lot. Misc charges randomly appear.

Room had roaches

it was a very big parking lot and very big hotel and they allowed dogs and the staff was good but the rooms were nasty the people were loud and inconsiderate and it was kind of a dangerous area

The place was absolutely filthy from syringes, broken beer bottles to even feces on stairs to roaches in the room. I also reserved a double smoking room and was called prior to my arrival saying i needed to get there ASAP because they overbooked double rooms and there's a chance they wouldn't have one available when I arrived. Upon arrival they still had a double room but was non smoking, not a big deal. But the property was dirty as could be.

Well check in wasnt possible because my funds werent avaiable. Which was why we slpet outside. No one bothered us. Thats the only good thing.no breakfast. Woke up to lines of police outside sorry not again

I made reservations at this place for one night. When I arrived the front desk guy said he was close. I never stayed at the hotel and they refused to refund my money back. Never again!

Great customer service the rooms can be updated a little more

Gunshots in the roof, floors were under TERRIBLE condition, no lock on the door, bathroom door was dragging .

This property has really changed it is very unsafe to stay at

Room was nasty with nats. The bathroom sink didn't work and was stopped up the whole time. It was noisy outside like the neighbors were having a party all night even on the weekday. It was crazy
