Some of the frint desk staff was very great! Sierra was execptinally good. Great customer service. Housekeeping lead was very attentive. Breakfast options was just okay, but something for everyone.

Everything was very nice. Clean and well cared for. The only problem was what they charged for water and mouthwash. I thought it would be more than a convenient store but was taken back when I got the bill. Dont get anything from the shop at the desk.

Ice Machine was not working on our floor and we called the front desk to ask for some ice and the lady that answered was very rude and said this is not a full service hotel. You would expect that for $200 a night you can get some ice.

They have on website and show pics of pool. That's the only reason i booked here was to use pool with my family before our concert in Charlotte and in morning before check out. They have no pool i paid full price no discount and was told i can cancel and go some where else that has a pool. WOW. do better and take the pool off your website so other customers do not run into same issue.

The property was clean and well taken care of. The only couple down side for me was the pool was closed for renovations and we were really looking forward to that. And the hotel was a little hard to find.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and nice. The lobby, outside, and room is extremely clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I would definitely be booking another trip and stay longer.

We found this to be a great place to stay while we were traveling around the Charlotte area. Clean, great staff and comfortable.

Very clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. I will definitely stay again. The room was spacious. My only complaint was the bathroom. There was only one lighy switch to an huge extra bright light...blinding to say the least. There was a exhaust fan but it wasn't working.

I needed to find an affordable and comfortable place to stay after taking my daughter away from the collegiate apartment issues (around safety) which she was facing. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean! When I walked into the room, it smelled as if someone just cleaned it but it was 1130 pm before I was able to get checked in. The vaulted ceilings were a bonus touch along with the mini kitchen. Breakfast was great and I will be back when visiting Charlotte and hopefully it will be for a day of relaxation.

The shower floor was not cleaned properly. There was a lot of hair that I ended up cleaning out before using. The pool is under reconstruction so you can’t use it. The breakfast could have better options for individuals that don’t eat beef or pork. Consider serving turkey options as well.

The property was overbooked. The manager called and stated that they have booked me a sister location. Which was out of the way, the new hotel was ran down, the lobby smelled and soon as i went into the room it smelled even more. The parking lot looked unsafe and in a unsafe environment. I literally came up from almost a 3 hour drive with my son's and boyfriend for the Nascar race. I had to drive back home because once I called the hotel back to express my concern they state that was the only offer they would be giving because they were not charing me for the room. This was the worst experience I've ever experienced with ANY hotel chain. Signed a disappointed customer.

We stayed 5 nights. Breakfast was good 4 mornings meaning scrambled eggs with shredded cheese and salsa available. Sausage or bacon. Hot oatmeal with many toppings, muffins, fruit. Coffee was good that was a pleasant surprise. Staff were all friendly, building looks new in great shape. Beds and pillows were perfect!
