The accessible room was totally inadequate. We had to move furniture to even get in the bedroom. The ramp to the bathroom was ridiculous and the doorways were small with too high thresholds. The room was hot with no windows and no air flow.

Fint, sentralt hotell

The hotel is easily accessible and centrally located. You can easily reach the harbor and many sights on foot. The breakfast was ok and quite extensive. The room was very narrow and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast room was very limited and crowded. The parking garage was extremely narrow and very uncomfortable. Extremely difficult for normal cars, almost impossible to solve for large cars.

In total not what I would call a bad experience. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the fitness room actually has enough equipment for a serious workout. I was a little disappointed by my room, however. It was very small, and there were no shelves or drawers for storing one's things. Just some hangers on an unenclosed rack and a few pegs on the wall. The desk was a small dropleaf table on the wall, the bedside tables were tiny, and for some reason, the TV had only Scandinavian channels -- none in English or other major international languages, which I would have found very unsatisfactory if I had been a guest from outside the region. So kind of a mixed bag. Once I had gotten used to the situation, I enjoyed my 3-night stay, but I'm not sure I'd stay there again at that price point.

Helt ok opphold.

Nice hotel and location. This was my first time in Norway so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The room was small but had everything I needed. The breakfast was great and the bar was nice too. I would probably stay here again.

Hotel was clean with friendly staff. We stayed in a superior room, the room had no fridge, no safe and very little clothes storage, this let the room down a little. The coffee and tea in the room was never replenished during our stay. The breakfast was excellent ( one of the best selections i have ever had in a hotel).

Very hard to find any positives :-( ‘Superior’ room was far from superior. Barely enough space to walk around the bed. Body wash & hand wash were empty and of course you only discover this when you are in the shower. After requesting a refill at reception, 4 hours later, neither had been refilled. No telephone in room, so had to go to reception (7 floors down) in pyjamas to request again! Room super hot & heating controls had no effect and then we found out (by talking to reception) that the controls do not work and temperature changes in room need to be made by them! We asked for the tempers to be lowered & they said they would, but had a very hot, hot restless night. Left window open, but super noisy. Only positive was breakfast… I would not recommend

Great location

Really good stay here, room was large but no actual storage. We had to keep our clothes in our cases. The “wardrobe” was a rail with 3 hangers behind the mirror. Tea bags weren’t topped up at all during our stay and we had to buy more ourselves. We couldn’t phone reception as no guide with numbers etc The last day we needed up leaving our luggage in lockers at Oslo Central Station as the hotel luggage was unlocked and full. The location of the hotel was good as it was close enough to walk to all the attractions.

The property was in the perfect location for me to access a lot of the amazing sights in Oslo. I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was amazing and the location was good. The family rooms are small but we managed to squeeze in our family of 4.

The single beds too small. Otherwise it is a very clean and welcoming place. The staff supper friendly, the breakfast was a top notch, plenty choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oslo. Transportation is very efficient to the city centre and central station

This hotel is fairly okay. Price was good in comparison to the other area. In comparison to other Scandics in Oslo and Norway this hotel was not great. The breakfast is super crowded and there is major lack of cutlery etc. The luggage room and lobby is chaotic. The service at the lobby was a bit rude.

Renhold ikke bra ( to much dust on sheets , we need it to pay the parking place ( how many days you have) . The rest its ok!

The only issue encountered was that the hot breakfast was cold every day. When i requested if it could be warmed, they replied there was no microwave. Nothing could be done so I decided to only eat cold food. 😔

This property is extremely amazing. Very close to shopping, dining, public transportation etc. The bathroom floors are heated. Once I stored my luggage under the bed, there was plenty room to move around. Superior king size with a balcony was perfect for my 2 week stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than I had expected. Wide variety of breakfast options. I will definitely return to this property when I return to Oslo.
