We had a fabulous time. Every single person we encounter was kind, considerate, and helpful. If we ever return, this is where we’d say, hands-down!

There was a bad smell right outside the elevator on the main floor. It was there all 3 days we stayed. Other than that it was a great stay.

Outside temperature was 90 degrees and inside the room on 11th floor temperature was 83 degree. AC wasn’t working and we were trying to change the room where we could sleep but front desk person insisted of helping and listening to us she threatened to call the police. All of the 11th floor rooms were hot and AC wasn’t working in that kind of heat. Front desk person must have some kind of mental problems and the managers were not reachable. So no start from me.

I've stayed at other hotels in the Rosslyn neighborhood but this was my first time at the Residence Inn and it was, in a word, perfect in every way....with the possible exception of the elevator between the parking garage and lobby being out of order; not a deal breaker. I like the proximity to the metro and good restaurants, coffee etc. The comp breakfast is also a step above some of the other nearby hotels. Full kitchen and work station is a big plus as well.

Property was ok, but the room was not cleaned properly. The mirror had blood stains and the bedsheets also had stains, clearly they hadn’t been changed

Staff very friendly and v hospitable . General Manager Flavia and receptionist Yu… (male) (apologies for not getting the name ) absolutely top professionals and exceptionally helpful. Completely went out of their way to help me when needed bypass difficult situations.
Refurbishment was highly critical and bravo!
Only complaint is the receptionist on duty day of my departure called me at 6:20 a.m. to tell me my card didn’t go through. My check out and departure that day was at noon!! I was appalled and furious! I had a full day and night of travel ahead of me, really needed my sleep and was looking forward to a slow morning.

I like the location, it’s in the middle of everything. The parking needs additional payment tho… $29/night, but you can use and bring your car in and out of the garage if you want.

Below my expectation. I was double charged for parking and this is my major concern. Also, I was told that there's only one ice bucket in the hotel and all the customers share it. This is a health concern.

We arrived terribly late off a flight and were extremely exhausted. We reserved a room last minute. Bethlehem went above and beyond the call of duty for a guest specialist. She helped us and accommodated us last minute/ She truly was an angel. I highly recommend here. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Showers were great. The breakfast was very good.

The property is under renovations, so there was a bit of inconvenience as the room we had was still an older room. It was fine but for sure would have stayed at a different location due to the construction. All is all though staff was super nice and it was as clean as an older hotel can be.

Overall very good. However, they are in midst of upgrading as they should because definitely looking tired (which is probably why value was good. ). Given the changes being made the cleanliness was good.

My 4- day stay was very nice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, easy walk to Metro, cheerful and helpful staff, excellent eats within 3 blocks (Rhodeside Grill, Radicchio are outstanding and very affordable). My 2nd floor room was directly above the fitness center which is open 24/7. Weight workout at 4 am was a wakeup on one night. Otherwise quiet.

The front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room is clean and comfortable. This is our "home away from home" when we visit our daughter who lives in the Belvidere. We will be back!

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was a variety but not as well maintained during high volume times and seating was limited. Rooms were small. If using the sofa bed the studio size had to have furniture moved to open and that left little room to move around. Accessible room had some need for a facelift but it was functional.

A great spot for visiting friends who live nearby. All necessities are only a block or two away, and the Metro stop is also very close. Room had everything we needed for two people.
