I came up for a fishing trip, it was a reasonably priced room, is very clean very nice, the front desk people were very friendly,

I stayed here to visit the Niagara Falls so it's a good location. Approximately 15 minutes away or so. They have a decent breakfast of cupcakes, waffles, coffee, hot chocolate, and beagles. Nearby is a Walmart and a mall. They have a pool that was closed (due to cpld weather). The rooms are decent, comfortable if you're looking to sleep and go out on your day. They have free parking. Cold and hot water available in sink and shower.

Lights switch for the bathroom was in main room and sink to wash hands after using the bathroom was not in the actually bathroom

This place is a dump. I can't believe the floors in the room were so filthy. The pictures attached are of pool towels we use to wipe up the filth from the floors.

Our stay at the econo lodge was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

First of all, we had booked two rooms and they had a hard time locating the second room we had booked. We finally revolved the issue and went to our rooms. My room had a bunch of gnats in our bathroom. Huge spiderwebs by the front door. Tv didn’t work, the television didn’t work. The other room had no working tv or phone as well. The property had a ton of spider webs and spiders all over. We complained about the phones not working and they said they had a squirrels biting the wiring inside of the buildings (their words). Breakfast was very subpar. Would not stay here again.

Booked with Expedia and the pictures of the hotel and outside and rooms looked very nice and clean! When we arrived and went to our room we noticed all the spiders and cobwebs on the building! Asked clerk to clean cobwebs and spiders from our door entrance! We would have left after seeing the room but it was already 11pm and There were no refunds from Expedia! The carpet was Dirty, the room smelled musty, the grout was all cracked and falling apart by the tub, the faucet did not shut off, the phone did not work, the clock did not work (they brought another), Spiders and flys in the room and smooshed on the wall! The bed was clean and comfy and the shower was clean and hot! Next morning asked for more towels and they did not have Any clean ones! Breakfast was pretty good!

Check in staff was very nice, late night staff was less nice. We appreciated the availability of a fold out bed. The room was dirty, from gross bathroom floors to gummy bear candy stuck to the carpet and bugs in the room.

I was disappointed, website said it had a free shuttle to the falls. It was just public transportation that passed us, when I asked the front desk she said oh they do that all the time. It says it has a welcome center but that was full of nothing but boxes, it was just storage.

We booked here for 2 nights and the next day after visiting the Falls we were locked out from our rooms ( we have 4 rooms and all locked) I called the front desk but no one was answering so I went there and they activated the key card again saying the person who checked us in last night just do it for 1 night only

Air conditioner in room was very loud and did not cool the room. Ants all over the floor near the sink, staff notified. Kids enjoyed the pool

The building has spider webs everywhere and we found 2 spiders inside the room. The breakfast was not great. It didn’t have much to choose from.

construction and old equipment all over the site unable to get breakfast due to mob in food area workers were nice to us iceman on its last leg brown water coming out of sink in room upon arrial the reservation was not completed so it had to be done over.Surround are is not inviting makes you think you took a wrong turn lol.

The room had a musty odor and the floor was dirty my niece had to throw her socks away. The odor was from the room air-conditioner because the filter was so dirty! I cleaned it myself because there was no maintenance person available at night, we also had to go to the office for towels none available in our room when we arrived. I would not recommend this establishment! Our reservation was for 2 nights but we only stayed one.

Sheets and blankets were dirty. Random hair all over the room and bathroom. Definitely won't be staying here again.

Stay was ok but service staff was not clear about deposit vs payment n and took the 4ever over 3 hrs to make arrengement for the advertised free bus passes what international travelers without data service were not able to use comfortably. A simple paper ticket as a backut would work so much better...
