部屋代に朝食が含まれていると聞いてレストランに行くと、今度は朝食はついていないと言われる。確認をしますと言ったウェイターはそのままいなくなる。 部屋代に含まれていると言われたクリーニング代が請求される。 部屋代に含まれていると言われた部屋のミネラルウォーターは含まれていない事が後に判明する。 バーではコップを倒されて、ビールをかけられる。 ウェイクアップコールの日にちを間違えて、違う日の朝の3時にたたき起こされる。 当日のウェイクアップコールは忘れられ、かかってこない。 謝罪のクッキーかチョコレートを送りますと言われたが、送られてこない。 ここのスタッフは不正確な情報を宿泊客に渡し、不正な請求をし、やるといった事は全て忘れる。 部屋は綺麗で場所は便利ですが、安全ではないホテルです。 When I went to the restaurant after being told that breakfast was included in the room rate, I was then told that breakfast was not included. The waiter, who said they would check, never returned. I was charged for laundry, even though I was told it was included in the room rate. It later became clear that the mineral water in the room, which I was told was included in the room rate, was actually not included. At the bar, my friend's glass was knocked over by the waiter, and my friend got beer spilled on him. The wake-up call was scheduled for the wrong day, and I was woken up at 3 a.m. on the wrong morning. On the actual day, the wake-up call was forgotten, and it never came. I was told they would send an apology gift in the form of cookies or chocolates, but nothing was ever delivered. The staff here provides guests with inaccurate information, makes incorrect charges, and forgets to do everything they promise. The room is clean, and the location is convenient, but this hotel is not safe.

The building is old, but it is a comfortable hotel to stay in and I use it every time I come to Singapore. It is also convenient for sightseeing and shopping.

Staff attentiveness was the highlight! Location and the grandeur of the building was also nice.

I like all the displays that share the heritage of Fullerton.

It was nice hotel to stay with family and business trip. Just I give one comment about Bluetooth speaker in the room. It looks take cleaning works. It was sticky and a little dusty when I touched it with my hand.

A big hotel. It’s old w spotty WiFi and a disorganized crowded breakfast. The air conditioning blasted cold air in the foyer to of my room and circulates from there. No one showed me my room to tell me where switches were to open and close drapery. I found the hotel to be ok but nothing special

About communication and service Almost everything went wrong during our stay. Room and hotel is clean and tidy. Many things to do better, we didn’t feel special in any way like they treat you at the other top five star hotels were we went before. Apologies from the hotel after we left is kinda useless .. our special day was messed up. I’m disappointed and not coming back.
