The hotel was clean, room was beautiful and clean, service was good but I didn’t like that there was an added fee to park.

Pretty outdated, the panels in the elevator were falling apart. Room sheets were stained with something. Entry to the hotel could be better as we had some man follow us in the hotel and hop in the elevator without using his keycard to get to a floor and instead got off on our floor so we stayed behind. Service was great though!

Everything was great

The room was very clean and the beds are always comfortable. Was there for two nights but housekeeping missed cleaning our room on Saturday. Other than that we will be back

A quick trip to CLT for a Chelsea FC v. Real Madrid friendly . Situated within walking distance to the event as well as museums, great restaurants, it's ideally placed within the city. Our front desk person allowed us to check-in early which helped us greatly. Clean room and the heavenly mattress, a Westin calling card. Only con was that they were going thru some refurb. Otherwise, we would visit again.

The location was great. I would have love if the hotel had a swimming pool.

Overall, this did not feel like a 5 star experience. The hotel shared a letter the night before my stay (too late to cancel) advising us of an expansive remodel. Noise, limitations aside from this I couldn't change my reservation without a $211 fee. So, they said they would "upgrade" me to a suite. Ripped sheets, broken shade, small quarters. Not at all an "upgrade". With limited food service at the hotel, their JP Restaurant was less than inviting. Rude hostess and "too crispy" burnt brussles were not close to matching the $60. Price tag. Except for the close in proximity to the convention center "plus" the elevator to the walkway smelled of urine and stairwells harbored rubbish and shady people lurking. I will definitely pass on staying here in the future. Best of luck with the remodel. This place definitely needs a face lift and attitude adjustment.

The parking situation at The Westin is something to be desired. Unless you check in way early for a big event in Charlotte, valet will be filled and you’ll have to navigate the god-awful underground parking deck. Otherwise our stay was great. Just beware of the parking.
