Room had a very heavy perfume smell the moment you open the room door. Told receptionist about it and asked for them to get rid of smell but it didn’t happen.
On two occasions , whole reception was left unattended with no one at the desk at all

Great hotel with great Location. Just 2 mins walk to Pavilion mall via connecting bridge from Banyan Tree Hotel right beside this hotel. Easy walk to Jalan Alor or Bukit Bintang as well and 5 mins away by Grab to Suria KLCC and Twin Towers. The gym is good with plenty of treamills and not crowded. Will stay here again for my next trip to KL. Thank you

The property is perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, and room size. The check-in was very smooth and Jackson was accommodating and prompt. However, post that you are on your own, the room service for any service was beyond pathetic. The in-room dining or concierge service never answers your call. The times that they answer your call, they say they will call you back and they never call. I was even expected to carry my bags down as the concierge service was very busy. The only time they offer to help you is when you carry your bags to the reception. The lack of basic courtesy and service standards makes this hotel a poor choice for anyone expecting even some modest comfort during their stay.

My preferred hotel when I’m staying in Kuala Lumpur. The standard rooms are a bit dated, but items are well-conditioned. I prefer the bigger room, as the design is updated.
However, I really like the area for its convenience to Bukit Bintang. It’s also faster to get a Grab as the main road is less busy.

Good location, short walk to Pavilion mall KL via the covered walkway from the Banyan Tree hotel next door. Small part of the walkway is unsheltered, but location is convenience enough.

It's a centrally located hotel opposite Pavilion Mall and in Bukit Bintang, right in the heart of the KL city centre.
The room is comfortable and spacious, with a large toilet.
The downside is that there is a strong cigarette smell in the corridor outside the room.

Staff are helpful and polite. Convenient to walk about. The followings need improvement:
a. It needs renovation in the room overall. It is still ok now but one can see it will run down in the near future,
b. Sitting areas in the lobby needs improvement and more comfortable seats.

Hardware average but staff and services are below expectation especially for the Pullman brand. Electric sockets need replacement but no immediately replacement or follow up. Housekeeping forgot to give face towels and hand towels for the first night, second night missing other items. Coffee shop has no service. Overall, the staffs and service is significantly below expectation. Very disappointment. Not going back.

I have not patron the hotel for sometime due to past service and condition and thought things may have changed so decided to give it a try. It is still disappointing from the moment checking in until departure
1. When checking in, I have to wait for almost 20 to 25mins before my turn while I am the only only in the queue and the responsiveness is rather slow
2. Got into the room, it stated none smoking room, the room had cig smell and smell like the Carpet isn’t dry
3. Went to the lounge, service was ok but the table setting was poor, the cutleries are dirty with sign of being used and bread crumb and the plates with stain
4. Second day breakfast, same thing. Have to look for tables as a lot of tables were still in a mess and no cleaning while staffs were just standing there and didn’t check the ready table, the plates, the cutlery again dirty

Property was in a nice location in the city center. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious. The rooms were a bit dated but the thing I really did not like about the hotel was the smell of smoke. You smell smoke as soon as you enter the hotel and while we did have non smoking room our room still smelled like smoke. Hotel is a fine option if you don't mind the smell of smoke.
