It was good. The micro wave had an issue. Wouldn’t rotate but did heat the food. Wanted to tell the desk but there was no one there when we checked out.

Lovely, clean room. Breakfast was ok... instant eggs, biscuits and gravy, coffee, Juice, toast
Plenty of parking. Shopping and restaurants in immediate area. Quiet inspite of its proximity to the highway.

Booked a king. Room AC leaking all over floor. Staff claimed no other king available yet Expedia showed more available and the hotel was not full. Then charged me a $50 deposit for a pet fee. Said it would not hit my card unless there was damage which there was not as my dog is 8 lbs and I never left her alone and guess what it was charged immediately to my card

The bathroom smells terrible...I sprayed air freshener but it didn't help @ all. My dog smells better than the bathroom! Floor was sticky and dirty. Towels were so old and grayish color already. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator has 1 1/2 inches thick ice! We didn't ask for a different room coz we arrived late already and were tired. At least the beds were comfortable for an overnight stay.

The room looked clean but had a musty smell. Great breakfast. I enjoy staying at Red Roof Inn because I can bring my cat.

Not a great continental breakfast. No fruits, biscuits like hockey pucks, and just Frosted Flakes as a cereal choice. No water and no coffee in the room. A sign saying no taking coffee or food back to the room. I would not stay there again.

I like the fact that they take animals for no charge.
I dislike the fact that they want a security deposit of $50. This was NOT mentioned in the Travelocity rate offer which I accepted. If it were mentioned, I would have gone elsewhere. The room was supposedly relatively new but it was worn. The floor was dirty (my white socks were black) and it just wasn't what was advertised.

Great hotel to stay if you go to the races at beach bend. Lots of action outside on side street great for car guys

The floors were dirty in the main area and the bathroom ( not moped at all) . Had to put scocks on so you couldn’t feel the stuff on the floor, then they were brown on the bottom. I was there for 2nights stay, they came in and took the dirty towels and never left any clean ones.

This had to be the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. To start with the room SMELLED OF URINE. And the staff was insistent that we Couldnt change rooms because i didn't Complain SOON enough. He finally came to the room to see for himself, and the conversation got heated and finally gave me a different Room. The next room wasn't much better but the smell didnt burn your eyes so we just took it. After we left the first room. The staff went in that room made the bed and within 20 minutes rented that same room. Those people went and got air freshers for it. I will Scratch Red Roof from my " HOTEL" LIST and never stay there Again.

This place was a bit outdated, but was a clean place in a convenient location. Most importantly, it was a place that was pet-friendly for two cats. We've had a very difficult time lately trying to find anywhere we can stay with two cats. A lot of "pet-friendly" hotels only allow one pet per room, only allow dogs or charge exorbitant pet fees. Therefore, this hotel was a breath of fresh air and prevented us from having to sleep in our car.

Room was ok. Bathroom floor was not clean, lots of hair. Bed was fine but pillows were minimal and flat.

Quiet and close to food. Just off the interstate. I have a pet and they do not have an extra charge for the first pet.

This motel deserves the good reviews it gets. No frills but very clean! Firm but comfortable bed and new-feeling nice shower. Good location too!

Easy to get to. Ceiling in bath was moldy and falling. TV didn't work. Breakfast nearly gone at 7:30 and only 3-4 options at that. Sheets had spots on them. USB ports didnt work. It was okay for the 7hr sleep passing through, but I will opt for another option next time.

The room was still dirty from the previous occupants. There were stains and holes in the blankets and sheets. The floor had food crumbs and somebody’s hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. The breakfast was average for a hotel, especially since Covid.

Walls are paper thin. Very noisy couple next to me & loud argument / fight at midnight. Doubt I will stay in a red roof again. Not worth the savings on room rate
