The kitchenette was great, but it wasn't well stocked with supplies needed, like serving utensils. I needed more paper towels, but I brought a roll with me, so it was fine.

The room itself was kind of small for two people traveling with luggage.

There was a couple of lights that didn't work. One lamp by the bed and one at the desk

Bed was comfortable. Hotel was near interstate and many restaurants. Felt safe in the area. Kitchenette was well stocked. Good breakfast, wide variety.

The air conditioner was broken in the common areas of the hotel and staff said it had been out for 3 weeks. Window leaked so badly during a thunderstorm that it soaked everything near the window. Staff gave us towels to put in the windowsill.

Had a confirmation number but still couldn’t get a room. It was almost 1 am and manager could not find reservation despite a confirmation number and pin. Then said she had two other rooms; only to start e teeing info on keyboard and then say no rooms are available. Didn’t stop hotel from charging me even though I never stayed there. And now I wait for 30 days to get a credit of $220 on my credit card. Terrible customer service all the way through.

From the moment I walked through the doors for checking in, there was exceptional service. I was greeted instantly and the service continued throughout the stay. The room met my expectations and was clean. The breakfast was great! My husband also enjoyed it as well!

My daughter and I went to the pool. It was a nice size and I like that the towels were right by the door. The water was too cold for me but my daughter still enjoyed it.

The whole place was in need of a deep clean. There were dirty fingerprints and smudges all over the white doors and walls. The drawers were not clean inside and one of them had a prior guest's clothing in them... gross. There was also someone smoking in their room on our floor and the hallway smelled awful. The biggest issue was that the windows opened, but the lock on ours was broken and we were traveling with our 3 year old! Very dangerous!
