Great location and facilities for the price

I stayed in the old building. It was larger than the new building and had a terrace, which was great. The staff were friendly and I had a comfortable stay. I've stayed at this hotel many times and never get bored. If I go to Bali again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel.

This property is an older style Balinese property which we like. The location was easy for us to walk everywhere. Breakfast was lovely every morning and I was able to order almond milk coffee each morning. The spa was lovely and had specials on everyday. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again .

Amazing place and experience

I have stayed at an other hotel down the road call Paradiso that cheaper but much better that covered more option in the standard price. I want to try this place that was recommended to me by my friends. But I will go back to Paradiso with my next day.

Great hotel with good facilities. Hard to beat for a beachfront location, where you can stay in a quality hotel, walk down for a surf without even having to cross the road ! Proximity to bars, resturaunts , markets and shopping options is great too. For the most part my experience was very good! Staff are helpful and very polite! Room was clean and well presented with good airconditioning. The buffet breakfast is extensive and good quality , definately worth including for the price. Only real issue I had was that the tv in our room ( and across the whole hotel) was down for a day and a half due to service issues. Not a deal breaker by any means and was fixed as quickly as possible. The choice of three different pools is handy depending on your mood. The largest and nicer of the of the pools does have a bar but you have to get out order food and drinks. The long infinity style pool down at the beachfront looks to originally had a swim up bar which for some reason has been boarded and covered up. A bit disappointing as I feel for its location would be ideal to have the swim up bar here for a view of the beach and boardwalk. In saying that the resturaunt along side will serve your drinks to the pool also there. The central pool does have a swim up bar which is good if that’s what you like in hotel too. Definitley happy with my stay and the service, would recommend and be happy to stay here again.👍

friendly staff

Very pleasant stay hotel and staff friendly and professional. Highly recommend

I was there for two nights, and what a nice p’ace to stay. On the first night, we had a great room which had two balconies. Because of festivities, there was a lot of noise, and we asked to change rooms and the staff accepted no questions asked. They also helped with activities booking and transport. It is located right on the beach, the pools are very nice.

Nice place, a bit noisy around with the festivals. Our room was too hot to nap since the AC wasn't working properly. Breakfast was varied and nice but the restaurant food, cocktails and drinks were below average.

Great hotel and location. Services good value for money and fairly priced.

It’s a nice resort style hotel. It’s s little older but perfectly adequate. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s a great location for Kuta Beach access and to the Beachwalk mall.

Loved the pool. We had a pool side room and came out of our door and right to the pool. My only complaint was that fruit at breakfast was disappointing

I liked the location, at the beach. 3 swimming pools. Pools were amazing. Staff friendly. Breakfast excellent. Rooms were a bit dated. Beds too hard. They gave an extra topper, but too thin. Not comfortable enough.
