Maybe have the gift bag of waters cold and in the fridge. That would be a nice touch.

We almost always stay at this property when we visit Louisville. The only negative of our stay was that they took the body wash out of the shower when cleaning and didn't put a new one in. Otherwise....all good!

Had to make a few trips with luggage to the room after check-in due to only 2 hotel luggage carts, neither of which was available when I checked in. Check-in and Check-out were smooth and the restaurant staff were very accommodating when ordering for my son who has several food allergies. Everyone was friendly.

The staff are still friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel itself has gone downhill in the past couple of years. Everything is dirty- the floors, walls, furniture and the rooms. This hotel a few years ago was top notch- worth the $400/night. No longer is that the case. I never saw anyone cleaning the whole two days. We had someone else’s hair in our shower. There was so much filth on the elevator floor I didn’t want to step foot in it with my shoes on. Furniture in lobby area has terrible stains(not sure what it is)Huge disappointment and waste of money. This hotel is no longer worth $400 a night. Also $15.95 for the same breakfast you get for free at most other hotels in town. I do not recommend this hotel with the current price scheme.

This was a nice property. The pool was a little small but the kids still had fun. The only complaint I have is that there was a stench that came out of the air when it kicked on and there was often the smell of weed in the hallways.
