The hotel was very clean, but the staff in reception could have been more friendly and efficient.
I was surprised that we had to ask for the free drinks cards, and when I went to cash one in for a cup of coffee, none was available after 10 am. Also, we had to ask about facilities such as laundry and the rooftop (there is nothing happening up there). It wasn’t an unpleasant stay, but the service could have been better.

Great except the restaurant and bar were shut Monday - Wednesday. Not a big problem with lots around the area but would have been nice to know when booking.

Big rooms, very clean and tidy, with good amenities. Great location, in the CBD, right next to Rundle Street and within walking distance of Rundle Mall (the main shopping area).

Great property in perfect location. Was easy to walk wherever we wanted. Was able to check in late when our flight arrived due to 24 hour reception which is very convenient and makes the property feel safer at night also. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Good pricing too. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious well equiped room in very convenient location to lots attractions as well as shops, dining and bus/tram. Very comfortable bed, plenty of storage space and large bathroom. Quiet at night. I would definitely stay again if in Adelaide
