People were friendly but A/C want very good and room had cockroaches in it

I had requested a non-smoking room, yet there was a lingering smell of cigs coming from the AC, burn hole in the blanket. Sheet and Coverlet were stained. Flooring had been upgraded, but furnishings were old and tired. Morning breakfast was Cherrios or Rice Krispies, coffee and apple. Juice and hot water dispenser did not work. Elevator was filthy. Check-in desk was rather impersonal. Check-out desk was cordial.

We checked in ...went to the room and a guy down from us was showing us how you had to turn on the shower....when I went in the bathroom...roaches were all over the shower walls ..we got our stuff and went back to the office and got our money back....

Cigarette burns through both bed covers,, ,,, the white inner lining of the curtains were stained brown from cigarette tar and nicotine from smokers!!! Everything was sticky and smelled of tar and cigarettes,!!! The bathroom door frame had big pieces ripped out with a very bad puddy job done that looked like a child did it !!! In 20 years of travel this was the worse hotel I ever went too !!

I think the folks at Wyndham truly ought to be embarrassed if they knew who was running their Super 8 in Florence, KY. The staff was incredibly unfriendly, the rooms had burnt holes, tore-out lamps and stains in the bed sheets so bad my fiancé and I had to go out and buy our own set, money that we could’ve spent on a better room at a better hotel. I chose this hotel for good pricing and that I’ve stayed at various Super 8 hotels before, namely in Cherokee, NC, and they were truly the cream of the crop, the best! Not only should Wyndham investigate how beyond poorly this hotel in Florence is kept, but the Kentucky Department of Health AND the INS should investigate as well. We definitely will not be back to that hotel, but we do know Wyndham and the Super 8 chain is far better than that disgusting experience.

This was by far the worst motel ever my rooms bathroom was atrocious no shower curtain shower was worn out. It looked like no one actually cleaned the room and there was roachs I was too tired to complain did best I could never again will I stay there

Toilet seat was broke. Almost fell in the toilet usin it A/c was super loud and all buttons to adjust temp were broken. Cable kept goin in and out in perfectly clear weather. Someone let their dog crap on 2nd floor balcony as bottom of steps. Stayed there until late that night and yes I told staff at 7am leavin for work after steppin in it. Sheets dirty with huge holes. Horrible hotel

It was dirty and had bugs , and bed bugs and the owner didn’t seem to care . Dirty , it was late when we got there or we wouldn’t never stay there . The owners didn’t care . We only stayed one night got the heck out of there . But I still have my bed bug bites . We want out money back

The property was absolutely disgusting, to the point that we could not stay and ended up scrambling at 10pm to find accommodations. Check in was wild as it was very clear the staff were high out of their minds and stinking of marijuana. There were holes in the wall, fecal matter splattered in the bathroom, pillow cases with mystery stains and to top it all off ROACHES EVERYWHERE. We killed at least 10 packing up our things and one crawled into our take out container that we had just picked and hadnt ate. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

Cheap and dirty.

Booked Roadway Inn, Florence KY. It was a disgusting experience. I will also contact that Cities government on how they let the do business! Had to report sewer backup in the bathtub and other nastiness. Customer Service was unapologetic, lied about moving us to another room and pretty much told us we could leave. Had to miss an event because of packing up and finding another hotel with our limited options. Devastating and humiliated!!

Bad smell.. after 4 hrs room still not cool enough too sleep .. small bugs on floors . Sink very slow to drain Broken elevator.. metal exterior steps only ..NOT senior citizen friendly With in minutes of arrival I go speak to from desk in person.. I was denied another room... I was told by 2 males they were full with reservations. Did NOT. Sleep here.. After shopping in the city I left this super 8 .. Guest stayed in room few hours while i went into city .. I'm less than one hour in room.. Everything that was told to me had come true.. I was NOT comfortable there and had to leave .. Spoke with female when checked out..I was told management would contact me soon.. Found much better super 8 down road in La Grange. Ky .. I got sleep there .

Room 315 had bed bugs so i left.

Leave your bags in the car unless you want roaches. TV had mexico written across it in permanent marker..a/c was old...just dirty. Spend the extra 20 and dont cone here

This hotel was roach infested and smelled like straight piss. I should have known better when I walked into the lobby and a random teenager was asking me for money and telling me he has “hoes in different area codes”…. The front desk guy told me he would be talking to the manager and I would be getting a refund and yet they never answer my emails! DO NOT STAY HERE! ITS DISGUSTING!

I asked for towels never got any and it’s just not a good motel.

Staff is very helpful ans as usual always being polite and helpful.

My experience was horrible, Run do not go to this hotel it was horrible. And hotels,com should take them off of the listing and I called them and told them about the room and I was moved to a different hotel and was very satisfied with the room, thank you hotels.com
