Awesome spa!! Shuttle transportation hard between villas & main building. . Stood outside one day for like 10-15 minutes. . Guy worker forgot to call in the shuttle request!! Steak house wonderful !! Italian restaurant super slow service with 3 tables!!

Property was nice overall, it was a busy holiday weekend and i did notice a lot of trash around the pool areas and lazy rivers and plastic floating in the water. Sometimes staff was hard to find for the water slides but overall the property is lovely and great for families. We were disappointed that Zen and another on property dining area were closed so we felt like we had to leave the property to get dinner one of the nights.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect getaway for our family. It was nice to not have to worry about a thing and live the luxurious life. The kid pool was perfect for our 2.5 year old. He LOVED it!

Staying at the Omni is always a great experience. We try to go about every 3 months for a family weekend. Best pools and lazy river in Orlando. The great part it’s so easy to go from your room to the pools! Elevator right to your room!

The property is beautiful. I wish the bars and shops would’ve stayed open later. I’d like to see them accommodate more to adult nightlife. Not everyone who goes there has children. Also, the rooms are clean, but don’t look under the dresser etc.

The staff was not helpful. It is was difficult to find your way around the property. The main road to the Villa was closed which made it difficult to figure out which way to go. No clear signs. My party and I got so annoyed we didn't spend any time on the grounds due to the aggravation.

Hotel was beautiful. Loved the room. Buffalo wings were the best I've had. Not so thrilled with the deli and their service. Their breakfast sandwich was terrible and my daughter couldn't eat it. All staff from Omni were wonderful!!!

This property was noisy. The adult pool had different groups blasting music. No place to relax. Then Expedia does not list all the extra fees. Would not return

I only have one complaint which is the attitude of the bar tender at the Lobby Bar on Saturday bewteen 5:30 and 6:00 p.m.

For such an expensive hotel, there was only one microwave per floor, and nobody told us about its location.
The drain on the bathub was clogged. No breakfast included when most less expensive hotels have. Would not go there again.

We love The Omni at Championsgate. No need to leave, just relax at the pool or in the lazy river and enjoy one of the many dining options at your leisure. Staycation at its finest.

Love the Omni Properties!! The staff could not be sweeter or more accommodating!! The brunch is amazing and the variety of restaurants are wonderful!! The pools are beautiful!! They were impacted by the internet disruption on our arrival day but they went out of their way to provide refreshments for free while they sorted out figuring out rooms for the guests! They treat their guests like family!! This is why we keep going back! Highly recommend!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the pools and the pool party on Saturday. Need bigger refrigerators in the rooms. Negative I was in the West wing and on my floor there was no ice machine.

We stayed in the Villas for a gals weekend and it was great. There was tons of space and everything we needed stocked in the kitchen. I'd definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back.
