What a magical place! The room was incredible. I felt like a princess here! Little gardens, fountains, secret spots to explore with in the property. Great breakfast, evening entertainment with Rajasthani music and dancing. Lovely pool with the most beautiful paintings on the wall along side. The staff are so friendly and lovely. Such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a heritage property convert into hotel and very well kept , excellent people with warm service , food is amazing overall .. getting Uber from this site is little challenging but be patient you may end up with good Uber driver ..

This property is at the end of a random neighborhood road, but don’t fret, it’s worth the stay! Very reasonable price, friendly and welcoming staff, and one of the most unique hotels in Jaipur. I was staying with my brother, so they separated the bed into twins; but I wish I was with my wife because this hotel is very romantic. Breakfast was small, but good quality. I will totally stay here again!

Nice heritage style hotel with unique style. The hotel was well maintained and pool was very nice. Room was comfortable with traditional style decor and lots of paintings. The upstairs restaurant was decent, but better food found in other parts of town. Recommend they do something about the flys near the restaurant, like a blue lamp or something. The parking is a bit challenging. Overall a nice unique experience.

The owner Mr. Kiran and his staffs are very responsible and helpful to the customers. We really enjoyed staying there.

Traditional homely and clean property. Fast check in. The staff are always available to help from the time we cheeked in till we left.
Good size room for our family. Swimming pool was lovely. There were lots of courtyards and little nook and corners where you can chill out. We even had a swing outside our room.
It was raining so we decided to dine there. The food was amazing and fresh.
Breakfast was sumptuous and included in the price.
Overall a pleasant stay.

If you want to experience staying at a renovated Haveli (older style houses where joint families across multiple generation lived, this one is likely from 50s). Compact but nice clean rooms. Breakfast can benefit by expanding on more options as the Hotel per night price is comparable to a 5 star hotel. They have a tiny pool but none of the other typical facilities of a 5 star Hotel which is not surprising given its heritage. Location is nice and residential, convenient access to most attractions.

The property is beautiful in heritage style. The room decoration (in our Royal suite) was in authentic Rajasthani historical them. The breakfast buffet was outstanding in options and variation from day to day (we stayed 3 nights). The servers and staff were outstanding (kudos for KHET-SINGH and TOHANWAR-SINGH). KHET made us feel special.
The restaurant needs to install a flood lamp to illuminate the wonderful outfits and dance of the evening performers.

In general, not a great customer service as the personals were very rigid. Also, at best warm water on the colder side which doesn’t help in the winter.

This place is quirky and charming at the same time. The decor does overwhelm at times, but that is also what makes this place interesting. Best part of the stay was the staff - superb customer service. The rooftop restaurant was fantastic, with an extensive menu and great wine selection. Rooms were comfortable and roomy. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a royal suite that was large and comfortable, but the over the top decor was enough to give you a headache- everything was carved, painted or decorated in garish colors- even the ceiling of our room was painted with a floral design- but not tastefully done. Other than that, we had to prove to them that when they made up the room they didn’t put any toilet paper in the bathroom. So they made up for it in the second night when they lined up around 8 rolls of toilet paper on the shelf. We couldn’t get small change for tips at the desk, and the elevator has very limited capacity, but the dinner was excellent, the waiters were very good, and breakfast was nice as well.

It’s very beautiful property but I was only there to sleep and catch my flight the next day early. Dinner and Breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the music and dance show during my dinner. The stuff was nice but it took more than an hour to have access to internet. I found a bit awkward the main electrical switch to be outside the room giving access to anyone.
Overall it’s a beautiful place to stay and relax!

We had a very comfortable stay and as we were travelling as a family of four the suite we had had 2 king size beds which were very comfy. The chef catered to our demand of having a simple meal without spices. Highly recommend

The property is such a good base to explore the city by offering not only a comfortable shelter from the chaotic traffic outside but all information needed. Recommended for sure!

So much character! This is the second time I have stayed and will continue ti suggest this for anyone visiting Jaipur! Uber was easy but there are also many rickshaws and taxis outside the hotel and the hotel can also help to arrange these. The hot water never ran out even though we took long showers. Great AC, multiple fans in room. Very pleased.

Umaid bhawan is one of the best hotels we have stayed. The traditional indian architecture feels like we are in a palace. All the staff were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend to my friends and family. The breakfast buffet is great and we loved the dosa and omelette stand. I feel like the restaurant for lunch or dinner is little bit expensive.
